The controls are fine and if your playing on an iPad of some sort there will never be good controls, also if you complained about these controls go complain about the era controls to there the same thing

i see what they're trying to do with this game. create something simple, somewhat reminiscent of old 8-bit games like Ikari Warriors, with simple actions with a top-down 2D view. the problem is that the controls are simply horrendous. a game like this just doesn't feel right using the tilt controls to move your guy around. it would work better if there was a superimposed D-Pad on the screen or something like that.

but right now, this game just isn't fun and the controls need a lot of work before its satisfactory at all. i do appreciate them doing a free demo though. for that alone they get 2 starts instead of one. but this game is simply not enjoyable unless you like chaotic, hard to control games.

I personally don't trust this developer much. In the past, they've put out buggy games and slapped the "Ready for Players" sticker on it a bit too early.
That's what happened here. The controls are hard to use, and there's no calibration feature. Also, there is some noticeable lag, and glitches. Also, be careful if you plan to take up a problem with this company, as they often have support, and will delete things from their forums at will.
Try the free version, and hope for an update soon. Absolutely do not pay for this in it's current state. Wait for an update.

i like the idea for the game but it has a few problems. with a little bit of work on the controls, bugs, and the lags this game wuld be pretty good. but i really like that they gave it out 4 free so i culd see wat it was like and i will definately buy it if they fix these problems. i wuld dowload it on iTunes but dont but it on ur iPod or iPhone cuz it will lag them so much. save it until they upgrade it then i wuld be playing this like i play aurora feint! =D (thats a big compliment).

The game seems pretty fun, but it seems to have come out a bit too early without looking over and fixing a few problems which I hope they work out in future updates, I think they should have both the option of using the accelerrometer and using the touch screen for walking, the accelerrometer seems too unstable, overall I gave this demo version of the game 3 stars, which in mind is a C.

Great concept but needs a little work. Controls are a bit unresponsive and is extremely laggy online.

Expecting updates to fix this

It took me three times to launch the app. It would take me to the loading screen then it would blackout forever and do nothing. Finally when I did get it started it was real laggy and bad response times. They have some serious tuning and optimizing to do. I can't believe this app passed apple's review to get on iTunes Store. WoW!!! Other than that cool concept and features. Can't wait til they fix these bugs.

This game has a good idea but has so many other issues that it just isn't very good. Controls need to be fixed so they work better with the accelerometer. Lack of instructions leaves players wondering how to even begin a battle. This game has great potential but until it gets a good update I don't reccoment it to anyone.

This game as said in previous reviews has potential, but there definately needs to be volume controls, it's kinda loud for earphones. Also maybe there could be some "on-screen touch controls" as an option. The problem is that the character moves to much cause of the accelerometer.

The game is pretty cool in concept. THe vosuals are awesome, really nice and crisp, but, like everyone else said, the controls are horrible. They are just plain awful. Once that is fixed, I can easily see myself downloading the paid version, and playing it online, all of the time.
