Great,
This is a great app, I haven’t paid for the reason of it but the free part is nouns. I didn’t even know there were different type of nouns, rlly helps so remember with the songs they sing I recommend listening to the whole thing, and maybe writing it down, but very helpful indeed. Also I’m on iPad and the sound is working fine, maybe for the others maybe an update?

A homeschooling family
I got this app 2 nights ago to reinforce other work teaching the same material. Today, my son asked to do an extra part of speech because he loves the songs. Before bed, he asked for the album from the music store so he could listen as he went to sleep. I cannot complain because he is asking for multiple opportunities to learn.

No sound
This app looked so promising, and I was hoping to purchase the complete app bundle for grammar and punctuation because it "seems" like it would fall under my daughter's learning type, but I can't know for sure because despite the app showing the sound is on, my iPad's sound being fully turned up, every other sound-making app on my iPad working, this app refuses to play any sound. How can I know if the app will work and become a good addition to my daughter curriculum, if I can't hear a thing? I've even deleted it and went back to the App Store to get it again, but no luck. It refuses to play sound. I won't purchase the bundle without being positive it will play sound because that would be a big waste of money. Fix your app, please!
And now as I look at the ratings, other people face the same sound issues. I have an iPad Air, but I can't imagine what kind of development problem the app could have to not be sound be compatible. I also checked out the updates for this app, the most recent update is Nov2015. So i guess it's safe to assume that there will not be any changed made to fix these issues. What a total bummer. This app looked so promising.

A great tool for middle school
I love this app and so do my students. We set up an iPad station in which they share the iPad and listen to the songs and lessons together and discuss the answers to the quizzes. I appreciate the accurate and interesting teaching of each concept and especially how it is reinforced in an enjoyable way. My only wish is to have more iPads in my classroom!

Happy to let the kids use this one without limits
We have the app and the album and the kids love them both. This is a great app since I don't have any qualms about just letting the kiddos play with it as much as they want, and they are pretty into it. This is kind of like school house rock for the iPad generation.

Tonight my 1st grade son asked me to purchase Nouns. I didn't want to miss my chance to keep the learning rolling, so I bought the full version and was very happy with the results. My son sat for an hour playing with this app and then followed me around the kitchen explaining the different nouns to me. Thank you!

No Captions
This is a great app but unfortunately is, in its current state, exclusionary in that it does not accommodate differentiated learners who rely on captioning as a primary or supplementary source of instruction. Please consider, for future updates to include captioning in ALL spoken materials and videos for this app. This app can appeal to a much wider audience than it is currently serving. Please consider the students who are left out from the benefits of this app, as it is. Thank you.
