Bad response from patron server
Every year I get the message bad response from patron server. No idea what this mean, but it basically locks you out. Prior to this message, the app stopped updating player points etc..so I tried deleting and adding the app. No luck and that’s when I got the above error message. I called rewards and they did not know what to do.

Anyone there?
Doesn’t work and unfortunately no one at Grand Rewards knows how to fix it. I’ve gone in-person and have emailed several times. I don’t even get an email response. I’ve also attempted to login to the Grand Rewards Portal online and it says my rewards number or pin is incorrect. I’ve had them check both of these and they are correct. Maybe they should invest some money and get an app that actually works and is something their customers could use.

Grand reward app
I wish they would pay attention and update the app. It doesn’t give any messages or offers or drawings of any type. It’s hard to see what might go on for each night to swipe at the kiosk. I got my rewards card in millacs driving through but I play in Hinkley and they do it offer me the promos at hinkley because I got the card from millacs. This is a dumb rule . So I can’t collect bonus or grandplay offered in hinkley

The app worked great until the last couple months. It locked me out. I get an error message when I try to login. I asked for help at the casino, but they couldn’t help. Who do I contact?

Great app for finding info for events, offers, hotel stays and more. I see other have had issues, worked great the first time.

The buttons to push submit do not work on the app. It will not let me log in at all. I’ve called the grand rewards club and they are unaware of why it isn’t working.

Grand obviously has no care in the world about the app’s performance. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced such an awful time with an app, only thing that comes close is the money pit that is “Grand” casino.

I can even login. I went to the rewards desk and they can’t even get it to work. We changed my PIN number and still won’t tel me login. SMH
