This app works great. However, since about a month ago, every two days after logging in here, instagram says there is suspicious activity on my account and force me to reset my password, logged me out every where. After a while they suspended my account for violating some user agreement. I almost never post nor message on instagram so it’s really frustrating

YOUR IG WILL GET BANNED
After being a paid user of this app for roughly 3 months, my main Instagram business account was suspended and I’m in the process of recovering the banned/deactivated account as we speak. I’m pretty sure I’ll get it back, but certainly not worth the headache and stress I’ve been going through.
And just to confirm this was the reason I got deactived/suspended, I created a new Instagram account and logged into IGLiveRec. Not even minutes later, that new account was suspended with the same message as my main.
Although it’s not entirely the fault of the creators, some Instagram policy change may have rendered this app useless in the last few weeks, THE CREATORS NEED TO DISCLOSE THE RISK OF USING THE APP IMMEDIATELY. I will be requesting a full refund for the year I paid for + reporting the application to Apple.
And just to confirm this was the reason I got deactived/suspended, I created a new Instagram account and logged into IGLiveRec. Not even minutes later, that new account was suspended with the same message as my main.

Latest update destroyed the app
The latest update transferred my account to my gmail account. With that I am now having to continuously verify my Instagram.
Before the update there was an option where you could set the app to "never" for checking profiles if they're live. This prevented Instagram from asking you to verify your account which would ultimately lead to a ban. The option is now gone.
I'm no developer for this app but I believe the most recent verification notices has something to do with what I mentioned above being removed. Not once did I run into any verification issues after I switched the option to "never". In addition, the app never missed a recording with the "never" option chosen as well.
Please return the app to logging in via Insta or return the option to choose how often the app checks for lives. The tutorial video in this update is a nice touch. Had that been implemented before instructing users where to switch the check options to "never", I highly doubt any reviews on here would mention account bans or verifications.

The app is a great App but needs work on Updates
I lost my Instagram page due policy violations all because of the recording via this app and now I am attempting to get new recordings on a new Instagram page only to run into yet ANOTHER road block from this app. This time I have to download another app if I am “experiencing login issues” only for me to do exactly as told and STILL not be able to log in the application with no other viable option (the dashboard login isn’t helpful, either after several attempts). I really like this app but these errors and troubles are making second guess if this application is worth downloading anymore at this point.

Great app, but downside
It’s a great app and honestly I love how efficient it operates, but I stopped using it after 2 years now that they’ve been blocking accounts as of late. Reported it to an admin who managed to fix the reports I sent out, but constantly having accounts falsely blocked that you enjoy is tedious. Really liked it better when the restrictions weren’t in place, because you can go a month+ without realizing that an accounts been blocked and you’ve been missing out on the lives. Found a better alternative, but hope the devs hear the community out

The app works perfectly
The only thing i believe it could use is a button to download all of the lives for a specific profile you are recording from so that you don’t need to download each one individually. The issue is when you max out your 256 gigs then you start to miss lives and have to save and delete some just to make space

Major bug!!
I would like to love this app but it seem like every month rolls around and I get downgraded to a basic plan when I’m still paying for a premium plan. This needs to be fix fast before I stop paying all together. Especially when I can’t get support from the support team to write me back. It’s like one day everything is fine, than when my renewal date comes BAM! Downgraded!! This happens like every month

Every update keeps getting worse
Another bug: constantly logs you out and put your Instagram account up for suspension. After the recent update, My Instagram account keeps on being suspended because of using this app. This wasn’t an issue before

Account Ban is Certain Eventually
Not only will your account get banned 100% of the time if you use this long enough, but the developers in the shady support telegram room will outright lie about it. They will claim it was some other reason. This is also not being run in any western nation, even if it wasn’t certain to get you banned without a refund and with all your recordings inaccessible, but chances are your credentials will not be in trusted hands.
