Emotional Therapy
I just want to say thank you to all of the Green Bay staff and players, you all bring joy to my heart. I have been dealing with a chronic illness for 13 years. It’s been really tough, I practically live at the hospital from all of the amounts of time I have to go to the hospital and get admitted because of my illness (Ulcerative Colitis). When it’s football season I get a little bit of relief not physically but emotionally and mentally, I have a EMOTIONAL THERAPY DOG but you all are my EMOTIONAL THERAPY as well when I get to watch you all play. I get happy just to watch you all play and of course I leap with overwhelming joy when you all win and I’ve learned not to cry anymore when you all lose ( yes I do cry when you all lose that’s how much I love you all) because your always making it to the playoffs anyways so there is no need to get emotional about it. I am praying that this is the year you all bring home the Lombardi trophy it’s time Aaron to go all the way cause the divisional title is not enough anymore it’s time to win the NFC championship and get to the Super Bowl and bring home that Lombardi trophy. I am praying for you Aaron Rogers that you will either match or beat Tom Brady’s 5 rings. If anyone quarterback can do it, it’s you Aaron Rogers. So I love all of you and I pray you all are blessed by God Almighty and you all have a great season with no injuries.

Kudos to Mike Holmgren & GB for COVID respect
As a retired Infection Control Nurse of 30+ years, thank you to Mike for his common sense message to use simple, cheap basic public health strategies to slow the tragic preventable deaths and long term inflammatory morbidity of COVID. It is criminal that a person can willfully and with intent spread this disease. How is this different than someone knowing they have HIV expose others? Glad the NFL, MLB, NBA are taking leadership role & to be role models when politicians are not. Victims are incurring mega hospital bills if they survive! Families & healthcare professionals will tell you as I hear, that they are smart & deserved to be told truth - the POTUS doesn’t keep anyone from panic & had no right to keep info (assumes public can’t handle it, assumes he knows best for others). People decide if they panic or take action based on info whether it is Ebola, cancer, flu or COVID. Thank you for closing games to public.

I am 70 years old. Born in Fond du Lac. There was never a question of whether you were a Packer fan. You were born as a fan for life. Even though I don’t live in Wisconsin I have never faltered on my dedication to our great team. We have had many highs along the way with very low lows but we take it in stride. This year we again begin a new faze. New QB and young players . Exciting!! Need to be patient and give them time. It won’t be this year but we will be back.

The site is poorly designed. You tap on the app and you have to wait too long to open - forced to stare at the Green & Gold logo. I like sites that respond quickly and easily allow me to access stats and other info right away. I grew up with the Pack born and raised in GB. I’m ashamed to have to admit this but after each game I go to ESPN’s site to view all the stats and articles. Their site is so much better designed than the Pack’s and the info is updated immediately. They make it very easy to navigate. You should use ESPN as the model website to learn from and completely redesign this site. You make it so difficult to navigate and find what I am looking for. Things are not properly or clearly categorized or labeled up front. You could also fit much more info on a page if you used a similar format.

Game Center is screwed up
Update: the stats and drives data finally popped in. But I’m still unhappy that there’s no way to stop the video. I keep pausing it, and it randomly restarts on its own. And then the video takes so much bandwidth that the drives data takes a while to show up. Sometimes it’s a whole drive behind.
The latest version of the app is missing most of the Game Center data! All the stats, drives, and player info is gone. All that’s left is video and news. I don’t need video when I’m watching the game on National tv. (Wish there was a way to switch it off.) And I’m not interested in reading news while I watch the game. I want the detailed drive data!!!!! Whoever is designing your app must not be a football fan.

Urgent update, but won’t permit login
Game is ~48 hours away and received an email message to URGENT UPDATE needed to the app. App was already updated (as most apps automatically update), but when I got to the account log in page (where the tickets exist), it drops down saying login to Packers or login to TicketMaster. I tapped one choice. Nothing happens. I tap the other choice. Nothing happens. I don’t see any of my tickets now and since paper tickets aren’t used anymore, I guess I just don’t get to use my Packers tickets for, what, the season? I know they don’t update the app that frequently, so perhaps… Thanks geniuses! Less than 48 hours before a game and you leave fans with no means of accessing their tickets. SO WORTH THE MONEY TO HAVE SEASON TICKETS YOU’RE NOT ABLE TO ACCESS SO MARKETING COULD MOVE A BUTTON WHERE TICKETS ARE ACCESSED. SMH.

I really enjoy getting up to the minute news, scores and all updates on the Packers from this app. I have troubles with my memory so if you want to, you can have this app send alerts so you won’t miss out on anything. A person can find all most everything they want about the Packers literally right at your fingertips. I am informed about everything my favorite team has going on and I like all of the player information it has during the draft and training camp as well as when the Packers signed all of the free agents that are going to help bring the Lombardi Trophy back home where it started and belongs. Go Packers!

Great Content, but Adds will make me delete this app.
I have had this app for years and use it everyday. However, a few months back they gave it a makeover. This update has ruined the app for me. They added a Advertisement model that needs to be closed every time you hit the home screen. The worst part is if you are trying to close the advertisement and don’t hit the X perfectly, you are taken out of the app. They should fire whoever designed this!

The Packers app offers great content for anyone interested in following the team. The app showcases interviews with players and coaches in both the season and offseason. The insider inbox provides interesting information regarding the packers and the game of football. One of the best features of the Packers app is its photos. The photos are always high quality and are a great window into team life. There is also media like stories and videos that connect players to fans and the history of the NFL’s most storied franchise.

Waaaaaaaay too many ads
App is well organized and convenient source of Packers news. Nice variety of videos and segment themes. Ads are everywhere and overwhelming. Way too many to make it an actually enjoyable experience to use the app. In biz, a good content to ad ratio is approx 4:1 or 25% ad presentation. This app is running at approx. 75-85% ad coverage at any given time. 15 sec ads for every video? Maybe every fourth video would be better if you want more people to actually watch the videos. Overall, I like the content once I get past all the different ads popping up everywhere and all of the time, so please reduce it so I can use it enjoyably.
