Stuck at music room, 21/03/2016

Tap register

I really like this game and would like to complete it. I can not capture the trumpet in the music room. Therefore, I'm dead in the water and can not move on. I emailed tech support and while the person was very friendly; the suggestions they gave,I already tried. I've tried touching random areas with no success. I would like to see an update done to fix the issues. If the issues get fixed I say it is worth the $$ it costs. If not, do not waste the money until you see reviews that the problem is fixed.

Great potential, really laggy.

I love this game, and used to be really scary when I first played it. It wasn’t laggy and it was not sensitive; so I could easily touch the screen. But when I downloaded it this time to replay the game..(I loved it so much I had to replay it!).. it would not go past the name screen. I couldn’t type my name or do anything. I felt really disappointed, I thought it was because of the phone I have which is the latest one; and since the game was created quite the long time ago; it wasn’t going to run smoothly; I later realized my problem happened to others to. I really hoped this game gets fixed because it was one if the best searching games I ever played! Please fix this!

Game won’t register taps

I also couldn’t get play because it wouldn’t recognize my clicks. Starting on the name screen I couldn’t type my name. Eventually just by clicking randomly I was able to start the game, hoping it would be sorted out once the game started running, but it wouldn’t even let me click yes or no on the tutorial pop up. I can see that this is a common problem. Please fix!!!!

Still glitchy

Hot spots are too sensitive. Have to touch the items multiple times to pick it up. Sometimes you have to go back to a previous location but there is no clue you had to go back. I had to wander through all the other locations before a cut scene was activated and the game could progress.

Story is pretty good.

Can’t play!!

I downloaded the game, but, when i open the game, I’m unable to do anything. At the main screen, i try tapping “play” but nothing happens. I checked comparability, an my iPhone 7 is comparable. I’ve had this issue with a few other games and its frustrating. I would like to play the entire series, full games all the way through. But, i don’t want to pay for something I’m unable to play. Is there a solution to this problem?

Y'all need to fix your game!

I want to play it but as others mentioned you have to touch above and to the left of the object you actually want to touch which is an impossible way to play. It looks like it could be swell but is very frustrating the way it functions now. I will check back for bug fixes. I am trying to play on a 128G 6s plus iPhone, fyi.

Thanks BF! I've enjoyed your games in the past so prove y'all are clutch by fixing this asap!

When I was like 7 years old I played this game. It was scary and fun at the same time! I made it to the last level but I was to scared to die anything so I deleted the app! I definitely recommend this app for kids 10+ bc I was a lil to young…Have fun

I’d love to play

Having downloaded this game awhile ago a was concerned about not getting past the name input screen. I put it down to the new updates we’ve had. But then I read that this problem has been a year and a half in the making with no resolution? I found a few other games from this developer that do the same thing. It shows a lack of respect for their customers and their own work.

Please Fix!!!

Would not even give this game a single star if I could. Downloaded and deleted and downloaded several times and still cannot move past the screen to enter your name. Please fix. Discovered this series about a year ago and I have played all the games in this series except for this one. The game is old but it should still be updated for new fans of the series. Please fix!!!

Won’t work

I couldn’t tell you how many daily deal games wouldn’t work after I downloaded them the beginning starts fine but when I go to type my name nothing happens. I’ve contacted support but by the time they respond the game is no longer on sale and they don’t try to do anything to help after the fact they have the worst customer support.
