If you have an event which repeats with certain order, just create it one time in Planner and it will appear in needed day as planned event. With one click you can create event from planned event. It is also possible to color event in calendar to logically separate different activities.

Almost there
Nice feature set but the lack of data exportation in a form other than PDF is very risky. I would like to see at least a .CSV backup option. Without it, school owners have all of there data at risk or, if a crash happens (inevitable), they will need to invest the resources of someone having to manually re-enter all of the data from the monthly PDFs.

The bad:
It is a bit glitchy. Sometimes I select 4-5 students and it shows up as 8 or more. That takes a lot of time from running classes to do a check in.
It also need to allow coaches to add sessions before app was installed. I have blue belts that have done hundreds of sessions and I have no way to edit the total number of their attendances.
