In our quest to ease the lives of local restaurants & their patrons during this time of uncertainty, we’re launching more features to spread the word & strengthen our communities. Thank all of you for your continued support!
Pickup/Delivery: now YOU can easily report a restaurant’s pickup & delivery methods right in the app!
Menus: With the rise of limited menus due to COVID-19 & other weekly specials, you now have the ability to snap a photo OR post a link to your favorite restaurant’s menu!

Vegan-Friendly - When you save “vegan” anywhere in your Taste Profile, Grumbles will be filtered to only show vegan-friendly meal photos.
What’s Open is now Vegan-Friendly - When you save “vegan” to your Taste Profile, you’ll now see the option in the What’s Open Map filter menu to see only vegan-friendly restaurants around you!
Grumbles Walkthrough Tour - Not sure where to start with Grumbles? When you open Grumbles for the first time you’ll be greeted with a short walkthrough tour to get better acquainted with the Grumbles and it’s features.

One of the biggest issues we’ve noticed while in quarantine is that people are confused about what restaurants are open or temporarily closed for COVID-19.
Now introducing the What’s Open Map! A crowdsourced list of all the open restaurants in your area.
-Search the map. See everything around you or use the search feature to find specific restaurants.
-Filter the map. remove restaurants that are closed for COVID-19 or just closed for the day.
-Report What’s Open. Support your local restaurants and your neighbors all at once by adding hours or reporting a restaurant as being temporarily closed.

Quarantine sucks. We’ve been hard at work trying to make it a little easier you.
-Who’s delivering? We’ve added the restaurant’s delivery options such as Grubhub, Doordash, UberEats, etc for easy access right on the meal and restaurant screens
-Who’s offering pickup? We added those too, along with any instructions we could find from the restaurants
-Are gift cards available? It’s a very tough time for your local restaurants and this is the only way some of them have a chance to stay in business
-Hours are now listed on the meal and restaurant screens.
-Last Updated date and time. Things are changing by the hour, we’ll let you know when the last time that restaurant's info has been updated in Grumbles

-Create your taste profile: Add all you likes, dislikes, allergies, and diets to personalize Grumbles for you! Today, only vegan and vegetarian work but don’t let that stop you, we’re added new tastes often!
-Maps: see all the meals around you in a new map view

-Distance. Now you can see how far you are from the closest meal in Grumbles.
-Vegan Philly! We’ve populated the app with vegan meals from your favorite Philadelphia restaurants!
-Directions. Grumbles now links with transportation and directions apps you actually use like Uber and Waze.
-Feedback. Grumbles wants to hear from you! The Good, The Bad, and the Pretty!
