Guilded - community chat Hack 8.1.7 + Redeem Codes

I am loving this new chat platform for gamers design by gamers.

So many great features, I just don’t know where to start. Like the ability to be able to “Whisper” to another member in a voice lobby and the ability to prioritize your voice over others in a voice lobby is nice as well. The inclusion of a calendar right in the server is super helpful for organizing events and reminding your members to attend. Another favorite is the inclusion for members of your server to coordinate their availability to play on a planner. I would love for bigger text on the mobile devices and just more options for mobile, but overall I am loving this new platform and prefer it over Discord by a mile. Guilded is just more user friendly and far less clutter than the layout of your channels on Discord. Content creators and fellow gamers, you re just going to fall in love with Guilded…. Just saying :-)

I love the app. I originally started looking into it as a Discord alternative but I found so much more. It offers pretty much everything Discord does plus some, including several features that would be locked behind nitro and more. Now for the nitpicking. The concept of “threads” is often very annoying. I would really like to see some sort of reply system that doesn’t create a new chat room every time. Next up, it’s mildly annoying that everything has to be unique, I wanted a certain name for my server but it was taken. When I went to see who took it, it was an empty server that was created about a month or so prior and had one member (the owner) and only the default #general chatroom. Would be nice if there was a system where if the server wasn’t active for a month, it could lose its custom name. Either that or do away with names being required to be unique entirely. In addition, I’d love to be able to access my camera roll and my albums. Not all of the pictures load in all the time, and if I want to post something older, I have to scroll for several minutes. Lastly, I’m really hoping that all the settings become editable on mobile soon. Ik they will be eventually, but anyone who downloads this should know that they will need to be popping on to the desktop version occasionally. Anyway, looking forward to using this app. Has an excellent future ahead of it and I can’t wait!

I left Discord for Guilded after the last few years of scummy TOS updates and the feature set is far superior. Higher capacity for file uploads, group document editing, a calendar to schedule events, voice and text chats, profile backgrounds, and so many features that Discord either lacked or locked behind a pay wall for their users.

The major upside is the functionality Guilded has over Discord. The UI is similar enough that moving over is easy and quick to pickup on the minor differences. I greatly appreciate the TOS being less restrictive and less targeted than big tech companies like Facebook, Twitter, and Discord.

I can see myself sticking long term on Guilded and hopefully they continue improving and refining the platform to make it even better.

I have never left a review for any app or product before in my life. But this. This is gold right here. I’ve used discord since it released and I was there to see it blow up . It was meant for gamers, that’s what attracted people to it. But Discord decided to become something else and openly said they do not want to be gaming focused and they took away several features that their users enjoyed. The way to explain Guilded is that it is what Discord should be but will never be. Guilded stays true to the original intentions. It is highly optimized, does not drain my battery, very organized for its insane amount of features, and even lets us have custom profiles and all the things I’ve been paying discord for .. but for free! I love these guys and I can’t wait to see this app blow up!

If you know WHAT the app is supposed to be about, you can see it’s value. Many have mentioned things it needs such as bots (MEE6), other things here and there. Yes it looks like Discord, and so does upcoming Teamspeak 2.0. Why??? Discord is so adopted, you are not going to disrupt what works so you’d need to be stupid to not have it feel familiar. Hell Soldier 76 in Overwatch was designed to feel identical to CoD as they wanted players to use that to feel “at home” in seconds. If your chatting? Sure use Discord, but as the name says...”guilded”...meaning for clans/orgs/guilds. I rapidly saw the benefits that were not on Discord, I think there is room for both, the ability to really organize your Organization and connect all. The just closed Series A funding, let them grow some.

As a member of Guilded me and my fellow friends have suffered through the many terrible terrible faxes of Guilded lags. For example,when we are on calls in stuff wether it’s in a server,group chats,or dm’s,the call keeps getting disconnected and it’s very stressful. And they love to say it’s your internet when it’s just the app acting up itself. We can’t have fun and enjoy ourselves if this keeps happening. And at this point we’re about ready to switch back to discord. We don’t want to do this but this issue HAS to be fixed quickly. This has been happening for over two years for others. And I know have had enough of this. Also when people are typing to fast or,multiple people are typing at one time,the whole thing crashes and starts acting up .

Ps: I understand it’s hard to start up and make great chatting apps and such. But atleast try and fix the call and message issues.

I loooove this app and personally think that it’s underrated and unappreciated for its greatness BUT there is a huge issue. Constant crashes. On pc it’s not too bad, but on mobile, it crashes *pop* just like that. Leaving a support ticket on the app is nigh impossible, as TYPING TOO FAST can crash it. As well as uploading media, sending messages too fast and just BEING IN THE APP. It happens more frequently when you’re in bigger servers. So 2 people? Crashes a lot. 2000 people? DESTROYED. Last time i joined a big server i had to leave it on pc because it was perpetually breaking itself. So, my main point? Fix the CONSTANT crashes on mobile( and some low-end laptops ) and you have yourself an AMAZING app.

Seriously PLEASE fix the crashes i keep getting removed from voice because of them thaaaaanks. Also im on an iPhone 6 running ios 12.4.7.

Usually I have far more grievances with the mobile version of an app than the desktop version. They’ve gotta take out stuff to make it fit on a mobile screen, and even then they don’t really make it flow “fluidly” like the native mobile apps (snapchat, tiktok, etc).

Guilded is the exception. Beyond being a better version of Discord, it’s organization of the channel/group/server hierarchy is better on mobile than on desktop. Gestures are (mostly) fully supported, and you get that seamless, flowing feel when using the app on mobile. Props to the Guilded team.

I really want to like Guilded, it has a ton of features that really make it stand out as a competitor to Discord, and those features WOULD make it better than Discord hands down BUT this app is terribly optimized. It hogs storage, and when I say it hogs storage, it really hogs storage. I’m talking 4-5 gigabytes for basically a forum/chat app. I found this out recently when my phone kept saying that my storage was full despite after deleting hundreds of photos. I’d delete photos, look at my storage, and it’d say I had a few gigs of storage available. Apparently, Guilded decided that that storage was free real estate, and would download more data from the app the more storage I freed up on my phone. Until they optimize their data and don’t hog hard storage, I cannot recommend the mobile app to anyone. Guilded staff, please fix this!

I like guilded's interface, the look and feel. I'm also switching to it from Discord because it doesn't push updates no one wants in my face every 24 hours.

However, maybe I'm missing something, but streaming is a bit messed up. I can't stream my games unless I go entire screen, but then they're without sound. There also should be a key bind for toggle mute, instead of push to mute. I can't be in a call and not be able to mute aside from clicking back into the window. I should be able to hit a button like in discord.

Overall I like it, but I wouldn't pay for any services.
