Leave notes about how your workout went or details for the workout. Every entry is automagically saved, so no need to worry about losing entries.
Browse your statistics to view an overview of your progress for each exercise, including graphs displaying your progress over time as well as a list of every set entered for that exercise with a date when it was entered.
What you achieved the last time you performed an exercise is always available during your workout – allowing you to fully focus on beating it, time after time.
Create templates so that you can quickly import a workout for the day instead of manually entering in exercise names, sets and number of reps.
You can also plan out your week, month or even year! Just move to the calendar, select the day, and enter the workout that you wish to do when the time comes. Just leave the reps completed for an exercise blank and it won't be included in the statistics.
