Gym Manager is designed to help small gyms keep track of their data.
With Gym Manager you can keep a list of your gym's members and trainers. It enables you to specify different membership types, and keep track of memberships' expiry dates. You can also assign personal trainers to members specifying time period and price for each assignment.
Gym Manager is iCloud enabled, meaning that you can sync data on multiple devices as long as they use same iCloud account.
Gym Manager calculates few reports including your gym's income for the current month.
Subscription information:
- Gym Manager app uses auto-renewable subscriptions
- First 7 days are free trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
- Subscription costs 9.99 USD and enables access to Gym Manager app for 1 month. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
-Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

Basic Data Management
A good app to keep track of members and memberships, but I wish there was some sort of page where you could look at all memberships at once, based on their expiration date, and that memberships soon-to-expire stood out more. It looks like right now you have to click on each individual member’s profile to see if their membership is still active. Also, a homepage would be nice. It didn’t quite meet my needs but I wasn’t sure how to cancel the auto-renewal apart from deleting the app, but I’m still not sure if I’m going to get charged at the end of my trial.
