Yay, for the next unobtrusive workout tracker. It comes set up with a body group of muscles... like chest. The you open that page and it has 20 chest exercises. I immediately deleted the chest folder and created my Monday Workout. In that folder, I put all of the exercises do on Monday. For each exercise, I get the opportunity of creating as many sets as I want. It allows me to input # of lb and # of reps for each set. Perfect.
For future updates: I would love to be able to be able to update the name of an exercise without it deleting all of my historical data. Right now, there is no edit function. One must delete the exercise and add it in again. In addition, I like being able to see notes about each exercise regarding what my workout plan prescribes... I’m envisioning opening up squats and at the top of the page: Notes: 4 sets, 8 to 10 reps. Here’s the catch: just because in this workout Squats are 8 to 10 reps does not mean that in 6 weeks it will not change to Squats: 3 sets, 15 to 20 reps. It needs to be flexible.
