It a good app and has a lot of detail info

Very disappointed
This seems like it has the potential to be a great app, but the interface is a joke and the attention to detail is lacking. First movement in the workout I started was 3 sets of kettlebell swings. It says 12 reps each, but also says you should spend 40 seconds doing swings each set. So which is it? 12 reps doesn’t take 40 seconds. And if it is meant to be timed, why does the timer button only start the rest timer? Overall this just requires too much time spent managing the app when I would rather spend the time doing the actual workout. Would request a refund if that was possible.

Not very happy with it
I bought this app last year. I don't use for as long time but today when I opened , some exercises have to pay it for see it. Sorry to say it if i know it I don't want to pay for it. Plans workout of course ( pay)

That's an awesome app. First I thought it's the same regular 'good' app which yoi end up paid subscription. But I was really amazed to see such comprehensive information embracing different types of workout programs. I used the program for the first time today to weightloss and I've to say that I'm highly pleased with the results. Thanks a lot for creating such amazing app for us!!! Keep it up (-_-)

Great workout design
I am not a fitness expert, but the workout plans in this app seem to balanced in the right way. Most routines work two different muscle groups each day (and still get some cardio in), rotating muscle groups throughout the week. The all-over programs in other apps seem to try everything each day, which seems strange. It does include exercises for both machines and free weights in all the plans which is great for people with access to a full gym. It is nice to be able to save the routines that you use most often in an easily accessible location, and when you leave the app (to change a song) you are brought back to the same place. I wish that the information logged in your last workout was more easily readable without swiping back through 7 days. One of the competing apps allows you to access your music while staying in the app which would also be a nice touch to add later.

Progress graphs?
It seems like a perfect app in terms of finding a pre-defined routine or creating your own. Great video demos! It does allow you to log what you've done. But my only complaint is it doesn't show me a graph or history of what I've done. It does keep track of each set so I know what up for next time. But I would like to see a a report that shows me the date of when I started doing something, and then see how I've progressed over time. I had this on droid with the jfit app and I miss it.

Great Gym Tool
I workout a lot and am at the gym often. I was getting bored of doing the similar routine. This app showed me lots of new ways to target the same muscle groups. Loved that it has a logging ability as well as details and videos on how to approach each exercise. I'm gonna use this app for a long time coming...

Has been a FIVE STAR app until today. It will not let me log in or reset the password. ** this was fixed quite quickly; good customer support **

But now the predefined workouts crash the app. So I'll re rate from 1 to 3 stars, but please fix the workouts for the last 2 stars.

Edit: most recent update STILL has the predefined workouts crashing. Beginners Workout, Weightloss, etc.

Great exercises
Let's you set you own pace. I would update the exercises that don't use weight (like pushups). It would be better to set your goal to maybe 15 reps and record how many you did instead. I know its consistant now but a bit confusing since there are no weights.
