Very helpful
I had always heard that we should keep ourselves hydrated. Telling people to stay hydrated is one thing but not telling how much water we should drink, I was surprised at how much I should drink for me weight and I had never been close in the past. This app is very helpful, excellent even, in keeping track of your daily water intake.

Clean and simple!!
I tried a few different apps but I love this one best! The user interface is clean and simple. I also love that there's NO adds!! I get a reminder every hour and log it after I drink some. I'm finally getting the water intake my body needs!
