Finest work after using it once
Hello, I’ve had an account with Habbo since 2005. It’s great on PC. However, I just tried mobile for the first time yesterday and it was pretty good until I had to run to do some errands. When I came back to play the game as in open the app, the game doesn’t do anything it just shows me the main page. I tried clicking everything and nothing. The only thing that worked was deleting the app and reinstalling it. Today I tested my theory and it happened again. I’m very sad because a big company like Saluke still hasn’t figured it out that there’s problems with their game. I won’t be playing mobile anymore.

Lots of bugs but…
This game was much less glitchy and bug ridden when the original Habbo app was out, since this relaunch I'm able to have a bit of fun. Then something glitches and I have to refresh. Yet when I refresh the screen freezes and I can’t press anything to get the game to work. Im on an iPhone XS Max, I love this game. Please fix the bugs and glitches. Also when you need to move around and interact with furni the automatic switch to edit mode is so bothersome. I want to click once to get the interfact button, double tap to interact, and long press to edit and interact. Please make it simpler, I love this game and have been playing for years.

Did not get “special gift”
I didn’t get my special gift upon signing in. Been around since 2006 figured I’d check the game out again with my kid. He got a room with all new furni and credits and stuff and I didn’t receive anything. I also seem to have had all my furniture stolen. My account must have been hacked years ago. I always loved this game growing up it has such nostalgia. I will give 5 stars if the state issues are fixed. :)

Port is a load of garbage
I’m just saying it how it is. I’m done making excuses for this game. I have since 2016. They don’t put in enough effort now that it’s not as popular as it used to be. Mobile has always been overlooked, always been bugged and I 1000% guarantee you the current bugs on this version will not get fixed. Get used to reading (Missing Text), not being able to properly select the already placed furni to move it, badge flags display the same design if you have more than one different one placed, this is all to name a very small amount. I’m very upset, I’ve been looking forward to bug fixes for years and they actually got worse

PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE
When the game freezes up (where you cant click anything from the hotel Home Screen) the ONLY way to make it work is uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Also, please give us the option to use CLASSIC for iPhone/iPad/Android users. This has been an issue for over a year.. Almost feels like no one’s reading our reviews when there is no replies... I love this game so much, but I can’t give this a five star until these issues are fixed.

—Decided to test modern launcher on my laptop, if the window is shrunk too small, the “Missing text” popup will come up. Since this is a thing, on modern launcher over all, then that has to be the reason we are constantly seeing the “missing text” in our games for iPad and effecting our gameplay.
3rd Bug Reporting: Teleporter issues; teleporting from one room to another strips the wall and floor coloring from the room.

BRING THE OLD CLASSIC APP BACK
I am honestly have a hard time having to play on this new modern app. I am tired of the constant freezing and having to back out, uninstall and reinstall this new app. It’s quite buggy. If I could, I would play on PC over mobile any day. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to play on mobile and modern is honestly one of the worst things that came to Habbo in my opinion. PLEASE, bring the old classic app back for those who prefer classic over modern… Which is a lot.

i hate bugs on this application, i don’t understand why they placed this version for mobile instead of the original version which worked perfectly. It’s confusing they don’t follow the same features between both versions, you should let users decide if they want to use the launcher version or this unity version. But honestly this is TERRIBLE

Huge problem for mobile and app users
Great game, just a big bug on ipad, when I go a locked room and try to ring the doorbell, it doesn’t work and don’t let me ring the doorbell, please fix and this game would be really great.

Get old app back
Personally wish they would get the old habbo hotel app back. That one is my favorite I’m getting a new phone soon and I can’t download the old one only the metraberse one and I don’t like that one as much! It is nice but it’s hard to build etc
