Useless app
Just like everyone else, I continually get the “cannot connect to server” error message. This app is completely useless and worse than that, it’s causing customers frustration. If they did away with the app and included a paper calendar in the packaging, I think we’d all be better off.

Needs some work
This app means well but you cannot edit or remove treatments once selected. I do all of my treatments on the same day, yet when I click on the app to start them, they show up as being completed and due on totally different dates. Why isn’t there a way to edit?

Can't register for account
They make you register for account in order to get the step-by-step instructions & tips... I'm not able to register because of a "communication failure while trying to connect to the server". So the app is useless until I'm able to register 😒
Communication Error,
App does not work!
After initially being able to register and enter my first treatment dates, I was unable to enter back into the site...seemingly the same "communication error" other reviews have mentioned. Frustrating!!!

The app never worked again after the second treatment. Every time I try to open it, it crashes. I am not able to even log in. This is useless.

Not working
This app is terrible. The instructions are not clear, and some recorded things can not be modified. The most important thing is that Bluetooth can not connect. It is totally useless for me. I am so disappointed.

Do Not Use - It Spams
This App will really screw up your calendar app, do not use it. It will schedule infinite days of hair removal appointments that must be deleted one at a time. It is malicious and can never be cleaned up.

Not Working
App was great the first two weeks but for some reason when I try to sign in again I get a communication error. Needs to be fixed

Awful
When I connect my phone with device, app crashes every time! Please fix it, app is awful! It doesn’t work at all!
