Description
Halo creates endless soundscapes that shift your brain into a state of relaxation and focus. When you want to feel a certain way or move into a particular brain-state put on your Halo.
HOW TO HALO
Step 1 – Pick your current mood, chosen outcome, and session length (we recommend 10 mins+ for rest or meditation and no time limit for focus).
Step 2 – Explore the different scenes and soundscape settings to get the vibe just right for your personal taste. Set the level of Ai exploration that you want.
Step 3 – Watch the Halos dance (it’s hypnotic), or close your eyes, sit back, and relax – to feel the full Halo effects.
WHAT IS HALO
Halo is generated music & soundscapes powered by Ai and created to shift your brain into a state of relaxation and focus.
There are three main layers to the Halo experience:
Layer 1 – Generative Music
Halo uses combinations of melodies, harmonic structures, rhythms, and tempos based on research that shows music’s effect on emotional and physiological states. Halo’s Ai produces endless variations of these, to provide a familiar yet constantly evolving experience, targeted at a specific neural state.
Layer 2 - Soundscapes
Halo’s soundscapes are a combination of evolving ambient noise, natural sounds, and binaural beats. These are specifically chosen for each brain state and evolve over your Halo session.
Layer 3 - Binaural Beats
Halo uses binaural beats that target each intended brain state. Binaural beats produce a phenomenon called entrainment where your brain aligns itself with a target frequency to produce a specific neurological state. We target Theta, Alpha, and Upper/Lower Beta frequencies.
