Upgrade your HAM license from Technician to General! With the elimination of the Morse Code requirement, there is no reason not to upgrade your license to gain additional privileges!
Amateur Radio License exams are composed of questions from a pool. Use this application prior to taking your exam to review and practice all possible questions. Then, test your knowledge with practice exams!
After completing your first practice exam, the question pool screen will display your proficiency in each question group for all practice exams you have completed.
You may choose to receive immediate feedback on right and wrong answers when taking a practice test. On practice tests, questions in a group will not be repeated until all of them have been used.
Some questions require you to review associated Figures. These figures may be zoomed and panned on iPhone/iPod touch.
FCC rule text is viewable within the application. All sections can be browsed from the main screen. Additionally, for questions where rule sections have been identified, the rule text can be viewed on the question screen when studying the question pool or reviewing test results.
An in-progress practice test can be resumed if you exit the test or the application.
Current General question pool is valid through June 30, 2027.
Versions of this application for both the Technician and Extra license classes are also available.

Great app
Great to get on at in between moments to bust out a practice test with a quickness. As you take the practice tests more and more your fails will turn into passes as the pendulum swings to all passes with your gpa rising the more you take. I downloaded the app on the 17th of January and now it’s the 31st. I’ve taken the test 32 times and now I get an average of 30 answers correct each test. This is the best way to brute force the actual test when it comes time. I will be taking the tech and general on the same day. I don’t learn by reading books. I learn by doing. So once I pass the tests. Then my learning will begin.

This is the best app
I bought this app and two of the other most popular one for the general license. I wanted to compare the three and thought that by having additional apps it might help me do better on the test. After several days of use, I absolutely quit using the other two apps, and always defaulted back to this one. Easy to use and great features so much so that I just now purchased the amateur Extra app and it is just as good as well. Buy this!

Great app for studying
I have and continue to use multiple other apps as part of my study regimen but I ALWAYS find myself coming back here. I think what draws me back is the ability to set switches of immediate response to an answer or a response at the end of a practice exam akin to a real exam. Also provides exceptional metrics on my grade level for each segment of the course so I know which questions to focus on the most. I would highly recommend.

Great study app could use a little tweaking.
Amazing app. By using this app as a study guide I was easily able to pass my general level exam the first time around. I would recommend it to anyone.
Only down side is, with the practice test, if you choose to not have immediate feedback (weather a choice you made was right or wrong per question) you don't get to review the ones you've missed at the end.
Otherwise phenomenal app, worth the money. Studying this will get you that CSCE.

Awesome app
In my opinion this is better than a book. The one improvement i would suggest they make is give an option to only see the correct answer. Other than that it’s great. Lets face it, the goal is to pass the test as quickly as possible, not try to learn it all before that. I bought a book first, and that works fine too. But after i bought the app i have not picked the book up again. This is way cheaper.

Highly recommended.
I used the app for the technician test and aced it, so there was no question about getting the app for general. If you have a smart phone nod a few minutes you can take a practice exam anytime, anywhere. You can modify how the questions work to suit your style of studying, and it really helps to get immediate feedback on areas where you need work. I think anyone studying for one of these exams would greatly benefit from using this app.

Great way to study and prep for exam
Hard to imagine prepping for the exam any other way. I used the Technician app as a study guide and to prep for my first exam - passed on first attempt. In revisiting the Technician practice exams, I’ve retained what I learned a year ago. I’m using the General app in the same way - as a study guide, and eventually for practice exams. These apps have proven money well spent.

Very Helpful
I have used these apps for both the Technician and General exam tests and was able to pass both with confidence. The answers are not explained and another resource will have to be used to gain that knowledge, but for becoming familiar with all the questions I have found this tool to be very helpful. I recommend it highly.

Great app
Let’s you take the practice tests and see the correct answer to the questions so you know the right answer the next time. Other programs I paid for just told me that I missed the question. Without feedback I had to go back to the question pool to see the correct answer.

Great app.
Great app! It worked so well for my technician test that I decided to use it for general, and hope to use it for Extra. But do note that this app is not the best study prep. I only recommend it for practice tests. Buy a real, paper book for studying. Great app though, and would recommend.
