The SF Hunt – created by Handstand – is a 12-hour, 100 riddle scavenger hunt that marches you all over your beautiful city.
Using the mobile app, teams of 4-6 people solve riddles that lead them to unique locations around the city. At each location, teams experience something new -- they might search for a secret password, arm wrestle a stranger, or solve a riddle within a riddle. Teams submit photos, videos, or codes within the app, and can track their standings on a live leaderboard. Basically the best day ever.
We promise to use your location only during the game and as needed, but thought you should know that the continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Peace.

Wasted time trying to sync teammates
Wish we would have been told about the teammates needing to be synced. Lost a lot of time.

Great team building
This was a great team building experience for my students. They had to find and utilize each other’s strengths to complete each task. It literally took everyone. Plus we got to learn a lot about a new city in a limited amount of time and space. There creators are geniuses and I can see this app spreading to all major cities in the US and beyond. I can’t wait to use it again. ❤️

Such a good day!
Instead of just sitting at home watching Netflix and ordering door dash my friends and I actually explored the city. Solve riddles before lunch to get the mind working. Then spend the rest of they day trying to avoid the hills as we bounce around and exploring places I never new existed! I highly recommend! You should believe me cause this is the first review I ever wrote for an app. So you know it’s good!

A truly unique and fun experience
The team that puts this event on are some of the most fun and energetic people you'll ever meet in your life. Their main purpose in throwing this event is make every have the best day ever. I've participated three times now and it is hands down the best day of the year every time! Keep it up Handstand!

As far as I can tell, this is the single best way to spend a day with friends. This app (and overall experience) has led to so many incredible memories with some of my best friends. I love what the Handstand Team has created, and I’m so excited for what they come up with next.
