Please make one for Ipad!
I have an ipad pro and perform most of my work on it. Hard to use keyboard when ipad is turned sideways.

Downloaded Today
I downloaded this app today so I could use the patient portal. I was able to access it with ease using my login information. So far so good. I will update if any problems but right now I’m very optimistic about how user friendly it is and how I am able to access my health information such as upcoming appointments, test results, and my ability to message my doctor immediately through the portal. This is great!

This app is useless
This app has never performed great for me, but the current version is essentially useless. The only thing I can do is look at my care team. I can’t access the patient portal from the app at all. Every function that I would actually want the app for currently requires me to go to the website directly from my browser. When I try to do anything in the app other than look at my care team, I’m told I need to update my browser (which is safari, and doesn’t require standalone updates on iPhone).

I just updated app and now I do not have access to messages, archive reports and can not access family members information. Wish I had not updated!

There is a problem when you attempt to launch the app from your smartphone. It just spins. This app is virtually useless. You have to go out on line to see your appointments, etc.

I can no longer find the patient portal on the app. Can’t believe the Home Screen doesn’t include the patient portal. Maybe I’m missing something.

Needs updating
I love using apps for looking up my doctors name and contact info, address, etc.
and the PORTAL!
But many of them are not even on the app.
The provider list is missing many!!!

Harbin Clinic App Is Down And Out
Today is 1/10/22. I have tried to use the app for over a month and all you get is a spinning wheel. I told various Harbin employees and even my doctor. But 5 days later it is still not fixed? Who is in charge of technical support on this app? Someone is not doing their job?
