Not Bad
The app it’s self is great! I like how it looks, I love the idea and for practice it really is great! However, I just wish they had better songs. Now I know this app is new. When I heard about it a year ago it wasn’t even on the App Store so I know it is really new! I just wish they had songs that I really could sing to. New songs. Scales would also be really great. As a music student, scales would really wish they had scales. Because this app is great for choral students, but there aren’t enough song options yet. I hope thy add some more soon!

Disappointed
I’m a career professional in theatre and musical theatre who’s never been able to sight read. So an app like this is essential to learn parts, especially for auditions. Unfortunately it just doesn’t work as well as it should. My pdfs are clean perfectly scanned Musica pages. And the app just can’t read all the notes. I tried it with a song I know particularly well. One part, no harmony, just the lead vocal line. And not all the notes make it into the finished file after the app scans it. Therefore I canceled my membership and I’ll be on the lookout for an app that does this better. I know this app was created by pros like me, for pro like me, and I appreciate the effort and glad I could send some money your way to support you. But this just doesn’t work yet. I’ve used it on Jule Stein music (relatively easy) and Sondheim (very complicated). Same results each time. If the app ever persons as advertised please do let me know. Thank you genuinely for the effort.

Almost Great
I’m not sure about others, but I’ve had issues with not all the notes on music I import (either via camera or uploaded file) being correct. 90 plus percent is great, but wrong notes are jarring and don’t help with practice. If we had an interface for being able to review and correct the translated notes, this app would be phenomenal. But for now I still find myself going back to a piano to plunk out my line so that all the notes can be correct.
I’ll be thrilled to see this functionality in an update, or to be informed it’s an option I’ve somehow overlooked. Getting my music to 100% correct so I can practice it all would be worth five stars, a renewed subscription, and more!

Love the app
I really really love the app. I do find myself not getting harmony parts when I upload a song. Maybe there is a setting I’m not seeing, if now hopefully in a future update that will be a possibility.
I would also like to see a pitch-line still when I am hitting the right note (at the moment it sorta vanishes once you are in range) just so I can monitor vibrato.
I don’t believe any of this is a deal breaker and the app is fairly new and I believe it deserves 5 stars as no other apps do this exactly.
I would also like a full desktop app personally, maybe a more expensive but life time version. That’s just my preference to pay for something once and own it and for it to be on the desktop so there’s more recognition of the lower voices than an iPhone can really do.

Great app, but some bugs
This is such a great app. I’ve been having a great time using this app to help learn my music, and I want to present it to the theatre company I work with, but there are still some minor bugs. I was trying to access my music, but it is not allowing me to play it because it says I need to restore my purchase. When I try to restore it, it says my purchase is restored, but still does not let me play and gives me the issue of having to restore my purchase.

Super helpful app
This app has surprising music-reading abilities & was eye-opening when I used it to practice singing songs that I already knew & to learn new ones. It gave me useful feedback to hone my pitch on songs I was always familiar with & it was a helpful guide when I tried learning some new tunes. And if I needed additional help, the team was great about responding to me questions & making sure I was all set.

Waiting for the bugs out!
I really love this! Love the idea and the help it brings to learning your part and sheet music. However, I think there are still some bugs to work out before I commit to paying for it (I’ll rebuy no worries). But I’ve tried multiple times to save a song from my sheet music, and when I played them after checking the audio and it’s fine, it’s stuck in the waiting gray phase and won’t finalize. I am unable to practice or do click on them or anything. Please fix this because I really love this!

The best app for a singer who doesn't know piano!
This app has made my life as a singer/auditionee SOOO much easier! I don't need to have the piano skills to plunk out my part in solos, sides, and choral arrangements, because Harmony Helper does it for me! Super convenient and well-made app. I absolutely recommend this app to anyone in need of learning vocal music with ease. 5 stars!!

Despite being what looks like an unfinished app I would like to point out that it has a very pleasing interface, simple controls, and an actual understanding of music. Really recommend this app especially when more content is added.
