The Harps Pharmacy (Harps Rx) mobile application provides functionality for end users to view their prescriptions, submit prescription refills, and set prescription refill reminders. Registration requires that the user have an existing prescription at the pharmacy. Never forget to take your prescription! Refill your prescription at any time!
The Harps Rx mobile application provides the following features:
-Refill an existing prescription from a list of prescriptions (registration required)
-Refill a prescription by the entry of Rx Number Refill by Rx#
-Prescription details
-Pharmacy Locator
-Health Measures: Track and monitor (tabular and chart formats) a broad set of Health Measure readings, including Blood Pressure, Blood Glucose, Weight/BMI, Cholesterol, Peak Flow. Pulse Oximeter and Temperature.
-Health Information: A central repository of the many important pieces of health information for which you may need easy access or wish to share with others, including Emergency Contact Information, Health Insurance, Allergies/Drug Sensitivities, Health Event History, Lifestyle Profile, and Pharmacy/Physician/Health Care contacts.

System Bugs
I have filled my scripts at a location MULTIPLE times and the Harps system does not recognize that I have and requires me to call and talk to a person or go to the pharmacy to even request a refill! The app is a good idea but bugs need worked out. Need to add way to change stores on app

Horrible App!
This app doesn’t keep a current list of your prescriptions or purge the out-of-date prescriptions. It will not let you scan the barcode with your phone like the old app did. It no longer notifies you by text when your meds are ready to be picked up. This is the most poorly designed app I have ever used. I could go on and on about how useless this app is, but I won’t. It is faster to just call the pharmacy and give them your prescription numbers.

Horrible!!
I have used hundreds of apps in my life, and none of them come close to this app. It is by far the worst app I have ever used. My sixteen year old Grandson could do a better job designing an app! There is not one good thing I can say about it. Trying to register on it is a nightmare. The first screen you enter info on is incomplete, after entering info numerous times you will eventually get a complete screen. Hope anyone needing this app luck, and has loads of patience! Good luck!

I read that it wouldn’t allow a customer to create an account in DECEMBER! It’s now almost July and STILL the ap is not functioning.

When going to fix and update
1. Can not add prescription meds, either by manual entry or by pharmacy download. Manual entry should only ask for basic things. Not everything in world as it now does. Let us enter dosage and Drug MG.
2. Does not have meds in data base such as Metformin HCL, or Carvedilol 6.25MG. Data base to complex. Just show basic drug name. Let us enter drug name if not in database.
3. Prescription renewal did work.
4. Many folks do not have SMS messaging device. Allow telephone call for code. (Need landline and/or VOIP phone support.)
Looking forward to this working.
Harps RX folks do not even have contacts for help with App questions. Seem to be confused by the questions.
