Map doesn’t work
Trying to drag map just closes the map

Absolutely Ridiculous and Lackluster
As an individual who does not attend Harvard or any college at that matter. I think that this horrid mess of an app owes an apology to it's users. I doubt you will receive an apology from them, so I would suggest showing your sincerest form of apology via an acceptance letter to my mailbox by the end of April of this year. This will prove to the users and possibly even our nation the generosity, kindness, and thoughtfulness society should strive for. If this organization wishes to become a positive role model for society from it's prestigious University to a virtual platform, I would consider sending me the acceptance letter along with a full ride scholarship to attend your University next year. If you have any further questions regarding my address or more insight on how to improve the app, please reply to this review.

Currently hasn’t worked for weeks
Works great when it’s up and going, has been down for a few weeks now.

Worst app I’ve ever used
If this is the best app that the “best and the brightest” can create, we’re doomed! It launches only when it wants and is glitchy. Overall, not worth the effort. I wonder how Yale’s app works!

All useful features removed
Where is the functionality of shuttle tracking and schedules (THE most useful function of the app)? How about knowing which dining halls are open, and what the daily menu is?
As it stands, I no longer have any use for this app. I dont care when food trucks show up. I don't care what events are happening today because I already heard about them ages ago through Facebook. I'm not a tourist, and I already know where all the buildings on campus are. The student login doesn't work wither - I tried multiple times with various combinations of my ID number and my college email and have yet to be able to log in.
