The app is not being downloaded the watch is not working without the app. I just want it to see how much time it is, but it is not working without the app, and the app is also not working and being downloaded. So I will rate this watch company four out of 10. Thank you and please fix this problem. Hope you understand.

Time is not showing accurately
time is not showing accurately in my Heylou rs4 plus watch for 12 hour format. when it is 12:30 PM, my watch is showing 12:30 AM. I did try in many ways but i was unable to fix it. I tried using the app, did not find any solution there. There is no region issue in my phone, i checked it. Please fix it asap.

When someone send me a text the watch rotate the arabic letters.. please we need to fix this as it will be very useful if i could use it in reviewing my arabic notifications.. Thanks in advance

Great App & Scale, unfortunately Apple Heath integration doesn’t work.
I purchased the Haylou HS01B rechargeable Bluetooth body weight scale and love it. It’s high quality and gives you a breakdown of weight, body fat percentage, BMI and other metrics within the iOS app.
The app itself looks stunning, is easy to operate, syncs with the scale and gives you all the data points in a beautifully designed layout.
The only negative at this point is the Data integration with Apple Heath. It doesn’t work and I have to manually enter my weight and data points into my Apple Heath app.
I think this might just be a technical issue at the moment that can be fixed with a software update.
As I pointed out above, the app looks stunning and the hardware I purchased is excellent quality, hence the 4 star rating until the Apple Health integration is fixed which would push it up to 5 stars.

Please see if it’s possible to fix data integration to and from Apple Health to include body weight, body fat percentage, BMI so that those data points from the Haylou HS01B Bluetooth scale can be transferred to Apple Health.
Your app is beautiful and it would be nice if it can pull other data points from Apple Health like Heart Rate, SpO2, Steps or even activity like exercise from other apps like (loose it) and Apple Watch into Haylou Fun.
