This version started out as simple update to add the better Subscription visibility I added to other Apps.
However, I have ended up making a number of important updates:
1. There is a database thrashing occurring, due to an error in public database permissions which used a lot of processing, and on some occasions lead to a memory corruption and freezing of the device it was running on. This has been fixed.
2. When a filter is turned on the Map display automatically relocates to the filtered area, but there was a bug which meant this was consistently wrong.
3. Some database interaction was suboptimal. Reduced Initial image duplications after an addition.
4. Most people like to edit things from a list so added a List of Users Own Hazards which can be deleted or edited from a list, editing from a map is not for everyone.
5. Map type selector unusable.
6. Needed more buttons, so replaced buttons with a menu. "Filter" button and "Add Default" moved to menu.
7. Add option to display users position on main Map Display.

This version improves User Safety by continuing notifications when the App moves to the background modem
It also uses audio to notify users when the app has moved into the background, as performance on the background is diminished.
