Puts a pep in my step
I am not one who would join a mindfulness program on my own, but reconsidered after my wife started incorporating Homebody into her morning routine. I overheard the classes and was pretty interested and decided to participate. Brock is very charismatic and encouraging, his mindfulness guide is easy to follow along, and really helps me set up my day and week in terms of actually accomplishing the things I intended to accomplish. As someone who is easily distracted and has a habit of putting off starting tasks because I tend to overthink, these intentions are what I have been looking for to put me on the path I want to be on. My hope is that this review encourages someone else like me who needs an extra nudge to reach the place they know they want to be in life.

A personal connection not found elsewhere
I took my first class this morning called “Daily Intentions” with Brock Davies and it was exactly what I needed.
Brock displayed authenticity and vulnerability while we worked through our goals and concerns for the coming day/week. It was so refreshing to see a celebrity as just a normal person.
The feeling of connection between myself and the trainer is the defining characteristic of Homebody.

Mental and Physical Wellness
I’ve been taking classes on Homebody for a couple months now and have been very impressed with their approach to overall wellness. I feel mentally strong when I start my day with intentions and physically strong when I take one of their fitness classes. Looking forward to seeing them grow!

This is my go to app that allows me to workout at home with high energy classes. There’s a wide variety of classes to choose from with incredible instructors. I love that I am able to workout in the comfort of my own home judgement free!

Buggy app and subpar content
Shocked to see so many positive reviews of this app. I struggled trying to setup my login information and the verification took ages to go through. Once I got in I was so disappointed. Not a ton of content and what is on the app is a knock off of Peloton. Not sure how Homebody thinks they’re differentiating themselves in the space but I’m not loving what I’m seeing. Overall this app is hot garbage.

Doesn’t work
I’ve tried multiple times to sign up for this app on my iPhone and my iPad and both times it says my verification is wrong. I even tried to signup with email verification but it doesn’t move forward and stays on the same screen. Can’t rate something I can’t use.
