Yes very amazing I highly recommend this app. this app is for cool people. 😎
Dont do VIP,
VIP Experience
I never thought I would have to write such a terrible review after spending a great deal of money to travel from Las Vegas for a VIP experience, but let’s just say they have no idea what VIP is at this function. The performers were all wonderful so this has nothing to do with the musicians and their contribution. The VIP section was a mediocre set up with the exact same food and beverages to general admission. Also there was no separate place for VIP near the stage for the show. You’re trampled by General Admission and your no better off for paying $500. I couldn’t even get near the stage. It was a dysfunctional mess. Coming from Vegas I guess I thought VIP was understood to be a set apart, prime seating, exclusive experience. It was not. It also did not include parking in the price. No real bathrooms. Disgusting. They sent a box with a tshirt and an empty lanyard…they could have saved all the money from that marketing mishap and made sure that VIP actually had seating and or separate standing viewing in the front of the stage for the price you pay. I will be sending their corporate office a letter. But this was the worst amount of money I’ve spent to see a show with performers I have been waiting to see for a long time. Save your money and just get General admission pricing. It’s the EXACT SAME THING.
Meeeeeeeeeeeeerrrr,
Keeps freezing and crash
Tried to activate my wristband but it just kept freezing when I hit submit, then the whole app crashed. Been trying for 20 minutes and still won’t work.
Omar_Zaifulizan,
Surprisingly good
For a music festival app it’s pretty good.
nabiadri,
Can’t wait to see DPR :)
What I said
StuckinMaril_Land,
Good but could be streamlined
The app functions really well as a music festival app but other features could be enhanced to further user experience. Wrist band registration was easy, it was confusing to know when I was done so maybe a confirmation page that makes it more obvious would help.
I really like the function of the set list part where you check artists you want to see and the app generates a schedule and sets up reminders in your phone. It makes it easier to game plan for groups and know when to get there, when to leave. It was hard to know what happened outside of setlists so maybe adding meet and greets and other events happening throughout the festival to set list so people can figure out those in the schedule too.
I think merchandise could have been put up on the app, if there was a smoother part to order online before and schedule pickups throughout the event to optimize sales for head in the clouds and artist merch.
In the maps maybe it could be interactive where you click on each part and there’s a description and picture so you can understand what exactly it is and what activities are taking place there. I think it would also be useful to add stickers and a downloadable image option of the map with stickers so people can mark meet up spots if someone gets lost or stage meet up areas since the stages tend to get busy.
Spotify playlists for each of the artists with some of their greatest and most classic hits. This could increase usage of the app and help users find new artists or could help people identify artists they want to See because they know the song but maybe not the artist.
Last thing, the animated cloud on 88rising stage was so cute, why not animate one for the app too as well as add a selfie function for the app, so that people at the event can add stickers to their pictures and popularize the event on social media?
