HeadUp™ is an app that helps you analyse, manage and improve your overall health and fitness.

Sync your Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Health app, Delta, Google Fit app, Misfit, Withings, Polar or Suunto to HeadUp™ and see your personalised Human Dashboard™ come to life. We analyse and rate your mind, heart, sleep, weight and activity to help you understand your body and take control of your health.

CONNECT YOUR WEARABLE DEVICE TO REVEAL THE HUMAN DASHBOARD™

Just like the dashboard of your car tells you when the fuel tank is empty, or the engine needs oil, or whatever cars need (it’s a mystery to us), your Human Dashboard™ tells you where you are and where you need to be across 5 categories of health and fitness: mind, heart, sleep, weight and activity. All you have to do is sync your preferred wearable with HeadUp™ and we take care of the rest. If you wear a device that is not listed above, never fear! We’re working to integrate all device types.

THE MOOD CHECK-IN – BECAUSE MENTAL HEALTH EXISTS OUTSIDE OF YOUR DEVICE DATA

You’ll receive notifications from us to do mood check-ins – we want to know how you’re feeling. Please don’t hold back. Angry at your next-door neighbour? In love? Feeling under the weather? Tell us everything! Plus, we prompt you to take the Emotional Health survey every 2 weeks to help you get an even deeper understanding of your mental health. We combine your mood and emotional health data with your device data to show you how your physical and mental health are related.

Pretty cool app!
This app is really cool. It would be even better if you added meditation minutes as a measure for mood in addition to what is there already. It seems like the responsiveness/syncing could be a little better as well. But, overall, it’s a great idea and an encouraging app to improve your overall health!

Favorite Watch App I Own
I’ve had this app for a while, even before I owned an app watch. I loved the features and it was a big reason I wanted to buy an Apple Watch in the first place. I love the updates the app automatically sends you when your ratings change. The only issue i’ve run in to is how that it keeps switching my birthday back a day... I’m not sure how to fix this and I’ve tried fixing it multiple times and my on my health app my birthday is correct so i’m not sure how to solve this issue. But other than that the app is awesome and I use it daily.

Update
It’s pretty cool but, it doesn’t let you check or change your data. It said something about my heart being 40 and younger than I am but, I’m in my 20’s. I would love to be able to check and update my info.

This was my original complaint but, when I went to check in again I had already received a response and the issue has been resolved. I enjoy this app and look forward to updates.

I want to like it...
A few of us at work are using this app and the insights are awesome. I can see it helping bring attention to weaker areas of life/routine to help you want to get better. My problem is... it doesn’t update properly. I have an Apple Watch and it will only update my sleep hours properly maybe 50% of the time. For example, I haven’t missed wearing the watch while sleeping at all since using this app maybe over 30 days ago and out of the last 7 days it’s only displayed 1 day of sleep. I don’t know if all of the stats aren’t updating as well.

Getting Wrong Info From Health App
When I first downloaded the app, I was so excited to use it, and so motivated to better myself.

However, over the last few weeks, I noticed that the app is giving me wrong data when it comes to my resting heart rates. For example, yesterday on my health app, my RHR was about 76, and when i checked it on HeadUp it was 85. You can see how this can be frustrating for someone who wants to have a better health.

Actually, I used to face the same issue with the number of steps but you guys managed to fix it somehow. So I hope you find a way to solve this issue too. Good luck ✌🏻

P.S. This app is literally one of a kind, and I couldn’t find a replacement to it on the apple store, so it would be really disappointing if you guys didn’t fix the issue.

Insulting
I have been enjoying this app very much but today I updated my weight and the information it gave me basically said I need to cook more at home meals and not eat out as much. I NEVER eat out, I have a food allergy that prevents it! I make my own meals 100% of the time. My problem is activity not food, your app would know this if it tracked meals as well so until it does back off the whole take out thing. My diet is great, even my doctor approves of that.

Loving this app
The only suggestion I have is making a reminder on the lab portion of what your goal was set as (number of servings, cups of water etc)bc I can’t always remember a few days later. But I’ve been told this is in production so once it is there 5 stars!

I like the idea, just not the lack functionality
I can’t get any of my Garmin data to sync (they have that notes every where but doesn’t help me). Switched it to use my Apple Health info, still doesn’t capture everything correctly and keeps telling me to update my info; which I can’t because if the lack of sync.
So as is, it’s useless to me. If they fix the sync issues I except it to be useful.

It keeps saying I have zero exercise minutes
I would love this app except for the fact that it keeps saying I have zero moderate or intense exercise minutes. I workout 30 - 60 minutes A DAY, and it is moderate to intense exercise.
And it seems to not matter whether I connect my Fitbit or the Health App, it still says zero minutes. I've been checking every Monday and it still isn't updating my minutes.

Try this it is great!
I really like this app I have been using it for about a year now. There are great tips as well as motivation. It helps track health and mood which is so important. It is educational and a lot of fun!
