HealAdvisor Hack 1.11.7 + Redeem Codes

I love the concept of this but there are a few things that would make it instantly better.
1-Use the resonance feature to identify need rather than user input alone.
2-Allow for multiple profiles! I have three in my family. It’s very clumsy to re-enter needs for each of us each time we use it and makes scheduling useless.
3-Entering a condition often comes up with no results - only to find the condition in a list. Example: no results for Candida when searching but it comes up as a list choice. Info is there but not connecting.
4-App recommends nutrition and programs but not frequency. How often should I run this nutrient? Without resonance, how do I know I still need it?

First off — I really like the Healy and have no complaints about the programs themselves. However the HealAdvisor app is a disaster. It doesn’t appear to have any internal memory — it constantly forgets that I’m logged in, so I have to sign in again, and whenever I do so it ERASES my previous data. Any saved programs in the program pool = gone. Any schedules I had created = gone. This isn’t a multi-device issue. I’m using one iPhone, one account, and it can’t remember things for 24 hours.

On a similar note, I’m not sure what the point is of having an account at all. The app makes a big deal about “syncing your cloud data” whenever I open it, but it clearly doesn’t store anything useful in the cloud or it would remember me from day to day. I bought my Healy with this account, but it amazingly cannot figure out what programs I own, because it asks me every time to select them. I don’t remember all the names, so I have to go to the regular Healy app and compare to select them all. Don’t know what the point is since it’ll forget all about it in 30 minutes!

TL;DR: the app is awful. I don’t know how they can get away with this given the cost of the HealAdvisor editions. Absolutely appalling development standards. I have gotten free beta apps that aren’t half as buggy as this one is. FIX IT!

I am rooting for this company but it has a lot of improvements to make. This app just barely works, and based on what I read I am not buying the subscription until there more updates to make it more functional and bugs are fixed. I get that it is a process. Hope they stay on making consistent progress and also improve their level of communication in regards to replying to people in a timely fashion and addressing the issues presented. Lots of potential in this company but also they have lots of work ahead of them.

I love what it can do I hate that I buy a subscription it doesn’t activate or download. I buy the upgrade to Healy Plus from Gold. Nothing no upgrades it’s been weeks now. Then I figure because there is no customer service. Maybe I should buy the upgrade from Gold to Healy Holistic Health. Maybe doing this it will resolve the issue of the Healy Holistic Plus not downloading. Again no customer service available to speak to a real human being. The back end of this product is a living nightmare.

The only person helping me is the person who sold it to me and even she is having trouble getting answers.

I have spent real money on this app and I don’t have my product available immediately!!!! That’s insane!!!! Under downloads it shows nothing. Under orders it shows processing.

How many weeks am I supposed to wait for a response. I even tried email and got a generic email that you can’t reply too. This is not ok!!!!

Until things are corrected I won’t make a positive review.

I miss the assistant. Now that I have to type an issue in, I get strange choices that pop up to choose from. For instance, when typing inflammation in the search bar, the word Balance appears several times with numbers behind it. I have no idea what that means. If I type inflammation in and hit “Done”, no programs come up at all. I need directions on how to use it. The tutorials don’t help.

When I started using this app, it established my schedule programs according to the programs I selected in the pool and I had available on my Healy. now with recent updates, every program on my schedule is a program not in my program pool that I selected and I do not have available on my Healy. I would very much like to have it returned to what it was preciously.

It’s helpful if you happen to enter the words it knows but just as often you have to enter peripheral words and beat around the bush to find what you’re looking for. I have no idea why under this app is the setting for applying high frequency. Also I don’t know why it has the wrong programs for my Healy.

This app doesn’t work at all. I paid the $100+ one week ago for the Healy DNA to run nutrition scans. I have done every single thing possible and can’t get the app to activate. Of course, no response from customer service. I already asked for a refund for the whole device and they said there is only a 14 day refund period. That’s the smallest refund period ever fora very disappointing device. I see the potential in this product but this company should not do business until they can get it together.

This app is constantly not working or changing itself without any previous notifications, I use it one time and the next time I wanted to do another protocol it made me sing in again , enter my password and it did not open in full version … it wants me to go on tutorial mode and I have an account with it… so disappointed

The search function is not working. The result I received for “constipation” and many other very common symptoms the result were always ：unfortunately, no suitable Healy programs could be found. 😩Also, I choose English language but there are some German words mixed in English.😱 Some pages are completely German words. This app is a joke！ 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I love the function of Healy device but their software designed and the customer service are not acceptable at all unfortunately!🤦🏾‍♀️
