Description

Aimed at assisting customers in quickly resolving claims, the app allows customers to create and manage claims for health insurance offered from Pacific Cross Vietnam (PCV).
Client submits a claim and receives notification of claim status, adding all required documentation for processing using the app.

1. Show claims submitted by email.
2. Parents can register an account to view and submit claim requests on behalf of children under 18 years old.
