This was EXACTLY the app I needed during my recovery and I couldn’t be more thankful. Not only was it easy and simple to use, but having my personalized exercises (videos were easy to follow) and keeping my Dr. up to date at a touch of a button was SO HANDY! ^^at first I had same issue as other reviewer but then I did a software update on my phone and it works PERFECTLY!!
Now I have my exercise videos with me wherever I go. I’ll never forget the correct form. Love that my chiropractor uses this. Thank you!!

Good, but buggy
Turns iPhone black when iPhone locks the screen and it’s really difficult at that point to get the screen so it’s not black.

After signing in the first day with the temporary password it required that I create a new one. Which I did. Now, it tells me my user name is incorrect. This is the username I was given. And even another password reset tells me my username is incorrect. So would I recommend this app? No. The exercises are great but the frustration of using the app makes it not eorth my time
