Worked at first, then errors
I downloaded this app & set up my & my husband's account the day it was introduced, but shortly after, both my log-ins & my husband's log-ins come up as incorrect information. When I have clicked to perform a "Forgot Password" process, it crashes. I deleted the app & use the website.
The convenience of an app would be nice, but the frustration it has given is not a good tradeoff.

Intuitive, easy to navigate
This app is really intuitive and easy to navigate. I use it quite a bit to view my progress on some workplace challenges, and it’s always fun to see where I am relative to my colleagues. It helps me to stay motivated to get those extra steps in!
I appreciate how the main splash page readily shows my points total, because sometimes I just need to make sure that my points are updated.
I also appreciate how I can scroll down and see the site options in simple bars, as opposed to clicking a partially-hidden drop down display that is sometimes unclear and/or confusing.

Frustrated
The old app was much better. The new version does not sync often and now it has locked me out saying password incorrect. Every time I attempt to use the app to reset the password it crashed. I have to log onto the website for everything. I have emailed Gilsbar twice and called to resolve app not functioning properly waiting on IT to resolve

Doesn’t work for me either
I too have set up my account via the website on my computer. I was able to get the app set up and was using. It automatically logged me out and is now giving me the same error message that my email or password is invalid. I don’t think that is even worth a star.

Happy the new app is now available! Love that I can now participate in my wellness program on the go...app is easy to download and register following the instructions provided.

I downloaded this app for my work health program, doesn’t recognize my email/password, then blanked out, won’t let me sign in.. after getting irritated, I just used website and I signed in with no issues, saw my hra points.. this app is useless.. much easier to go to website, I put it on my home screen. Easy..

Too complicated
Last year the old app worked fine. This new app doesn’t sync with devices that it is supposed to. Also it is so much more complicated to use. Please fix the bugs.

Required and usable
App only syncs health data through partnership with sub-standard API providers directly impacting personal healthcare costs. Most features don’t work, are poorly designed, and only show data gathered in the now depreciated app.

Does not work
I have enrolled in the program via website. It is a program my employer uses for incentive. However the app will not take my log in. Says it’s invalid. Which I know is incorrect! Please fix soon.

Does the developer even care that nobody can login to their app? I emailed them days ago and have heard nothing. Clearly everybody else is having the same problem.
