Description

Ditch the pen and paper and keep track of your Hearts scores with this app!

Features:
・View each round’s scores
・Pass direction indicator
・iCloud syncs game state and preferences – start a game on your iPhone and resume on your iPad!
・Current dealer is marked by bold type, and is adjustable in settings by dragging the Dealer button
・Undo the previous round with a shake
・Adjustable shoot the moon rules – subtract 26 points from the winner’s score or add 26 points to the other players’ scores.
・Clean, simple design that looks great in all orientations on all of your iOS devices
・Three themes to chose from: classic green, light, and dark
・Button adds the remaining points to a player's score

This app is and will always be free, open source, and will never have ads.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I was looking for an app that did hearts scores and this was exactly what we needed for our lunch game. The fact that it sums each round to 26 makes it easy to keep score. It also tracks which pass it is which helps between sessions on different days.

There is a bit of room for improvement: support for the J♦️ rule, 5 player support, multiple games, and "shooter's choice +/-26" would be nice. However, for my play group it works perfectly.

Amazingly Easily to use

I love this app. It makes tracking a our family games of Hearts much easier. The only downside is it only works with 4 players. We often play with 5 and then can’t use the app.

Simple

Makes it really easy to keep track of the score, and updating the points at the end of a round is quick and fool-proof. It even reminds you the direction of play.

More than 4 players

Our family often plays Hearts with more than 4 players. We also like to play for the Jack of Diamonds (-10). Support for these features would make this app useful.

Decent, but frustrating

This app works ok but the method of inputing scores is very frustrating! No easy way to subtract a point if you make a mistake without resetting the whole thing, if you accidentally press +5 and go over it resets the whole score, also you can't just input 15 for example with +5's and you need to press the queen of spades button, and the layout switches from vertical to horizontal when scoring which is slightly disorienting. Otherwise would rate 5 stars!

Love it!

I've always been old school - paper and pencil, when scoring our Hearts games, but this app is so straightforward and fun to use that I've made the switch, and just love it!
