The HS Challenge is a 60 day fitness program created and recorded by certified personal trainer Heather Scott to be the most effective training and weight loss schedule available. This challenge keeps you motivated and on course by tracking your workouts and progress for you on your very own program calender. Choose your own playlist music as background music to personalize the workouts to inspire you to work harder!

Heather will take you through 4 levels of progressing difficulty, each with 3 unique workouts, for a total of 12 workouts that can be done in under an hour. The program and workouts may be done as many times as you'd like. Cardio days and rest days are incorporated into the program to create the most comprehensive, effective schedule that will show you the greatest results in the shortest amount of time.

Workouts are audio and designed so you can do them anywhere, anytime. For certain exercises light weights, a stool or a mat may be recommended. I had been looking for an app like this for years! The schedule and exercises within each routine are very well put together. She offers modifications for those that need it, and best of all you see results!! I have gone through this app a few times now and just wish she had a new one!!!!!

Motivating!
I love this app! Only a dollar for all these workouts?! VERY WORTH IT! They are great high intensity training workouts and yet you can go at your own pace. It's nice to have her in my ear to keep me going. I don't write many reviews, maybe 3 in my life, but I think this app is worth the time!

Great workout app
This program is so convenient. I love that I can workout from home and to my own music. It comes with all the workouts you need in the program not like another one I bought that made me pay more after I downloaded. I listen to the workouts on my headphones and it feels like I am in a class. I really recommend this program.

A great workout program!
I am a big home video exerciser. I've done all the major workout programs. I have to say that so far this workout program ranks up there with the best - which I was totally surprised about because of it's really low price. I love that I can work out to my own music too. Heather Scott's cuing is excellent and is really easy to listen to. Definitely worth it.

Best exercise app
This is a very fun and challenging workout that gives me flexibility to complete the routine at a level that is right for me at at the time of day that works best with my schedule. I feel like Heather is right there with me as she encourages and walks me through the exercises. I love that I can use my own playlists and also keep track of my daily progress. Excellent app!!

Pretty cool
This is a great app to workout to! It was a bit getting used to since I'm used to working out with videos. But this app also helped me lose some weight, and that's what I love most about it. The only thing I don't really like is how the typed instructions aren't always very clear but I have experience with most of the exercises, so that helped me, but still: I say download it if you want a good sweat

What a steal!!
This app is great! I can play my own music while I workout, and the app lays out everything I need to know before each workout. There is no stopping to think about what I need to do - I am guided all the way through and able to focus on the workout. And what an awesome workout it is! This is such a bargain and overall fantastic workout program!

I love this!
I love doing these workouts! They are all under an hour and really challenging. I love how it plays my own music in the background. The instructor talks you through the whole workout telling you what to do and when. It's like having your own personal trainer.
