I've downloaded this app for my shoes, but every time I try to open it, the app crashes and automatically closes out. I've been emailing everyone I can to try to help me out but haven't had any luck yet. I have the iPhone 5. PLEASE help

Worthless. The instructions say to start the app and test it on the shoes. It crashes and exits. Trash. Do not pay for this. Keep your money. This is NOT worth even one penny.
