Excited for my HELO,
App will not open
Not sure if there’s a bug or not but I was able to set up the helo, take a couple of measurements today and tonight when I need to check my BP the app wouldn’t open so I had to go back to my arm BP cuff. It acts like it’s opening but closes immediately

Sleep, EKG, Steps, Charging, Crashes
So I have many complaints, I have had my HELOLX since they first came out. I did have the first one before. It worked great. I was trying to be a distributor... that didn’t work.. too expensive.. anyway.. it seemed to work good for a while, but never like the first one. But it have been a steady decline. I have to charge it about every 36 hours, the app continuously crashes (open to check a measurement) & before I can do anything it closed it self down. The “Sleep” continues to read that I’m sleeping like 18 to 28 hour😳.. it’s unbelievable.. the EKG ALWAYS say “NORMAL” this one is I have AFIB sometimes I can feel my heart skipping & racing, but it will still say normal. The “Steps” are always off. Some days while charging, since I have to do that so often, it will day I have a ton of steps, but haven’t even had the thing on. I have heart issues, would like the SOS feature to work so it could reach my husband in Emergencies, but his HELOLX won’t even work at all anymore & he got his same time as I did.
Maybe these are the reasons some of the TOP level people left the HELO company.
Sad to say.. as much I love the idea of the health & safety features of this product. It seems they have fallen short. I think I will have to just pull out my FitBit. So I can at least measure my step, heart, & sleep.

Heka+ has functional issues.
Developers really need to apply a fix for the issues within this app. While using the Heka Plus app, I encountered a couple of issues with the app. First issue I have is the “We Care” page will not query individuals I select or recognize them. However, the Heka app (without plus) will connect the individuals with no problems.
Secondly, when trying to link your WGN account, an error message appears to inform you that either your user and or password may be wrong or, to verify that the linked account exist. These issues don’t exist in the Heka app (app without plus).
With these issues I am forced to only give this app one star.

Can’t get past the “update” screen
This app used to work 99% of the time. It would occasionally give me “steps” while I was driving, which would put my total steps for the day at 70,000! Which was totally inaccurate. Now, I tried to open the app, and I got an “update app” screen. Tried to follow the prompts. Had to re-enter my phone number, click accept, and then it goes right back to the pop up saying “ update app”. And now it just keeps putting through those same steps. Enter phone number, get special pin texted to me, enter pin in app, and get the update app pop up again!

All apps have an issue every know and then but it makes a difference when the developer actually tries to fix it! Thank you for addressing the issue!!

Saved my life but now keeps crashing
I had the flu a couple of weeks ago and my wife filled my pill caddy. She left out my main blood pressure med. the alarm kept bugging me so I checked and discovered problem.
Now the app keeps crashing and this concerns me. HELP !!!!!

Is there a way to contact Heka company because the app was fine for couple weeks now it’s been crashing a lot please fix. This the only way I know to use the helo watch! I had already contacted them on the website and no answer yet please contact me!!! Ty

Why doesn’t Blood Oxygen get measured automatically with the other vitals?
I was eager to try out the HEKA+ app with my HELO LX+ but I’m a little disappointed. Blood oxygen levels aren’t measured automatically along with the other vital signs....WHY? For someone monitoring a loved one’s blood oxygen level in WeCare this is distressing.
Why isn’t blood oxygen listed in the parameters that be monitored? I won’t get alerts if this isn’t measured in the Guardian feature. Another big WHY??
The LED lights can’t be adjusted in the HEKA+ app but could be adjusted in the HEKA app....WHY?
These seem to be easy fixes, PLEASE MAKE THESE IMPROVEMENTS!!

Too many issues
I have had helo classic and have helo LX.
I literally waste all my money because I either have to download the app in a shady way or when I download this app I can’t even get passed the registration page. I get the pin but the app says network failure. When is this going to be fixed?!? I was told it would finalize over a year ago!!!

Crashes frequently
The Plus app has crashed four times in one day. Each time I’ve had to delete the app, reload, and go through the setup process. Not ready for public use, in my opinion. Needs a fix. I’ve gone back to the original Heka app for now.
