Please fix glitch!!!!

As much as I like playing this game there’s this glitch that happens when logging in. You type in your account details as normal, but when it loads, in the background the screen is loaded but the loading screen is glitched on there. Please fix this!

Pls add more controls (shortcuts)
I played Helmet Heroes on PC and it was really fun. The thing that made my day at PC was the shortcuts. The letter shortcuts for skills and the dash+m combo made combat and traveling so much easier. When the mobile version came out, I was really surprised that there isn't the shortcuts button or at least control customization settings anywhere. My request is to basically add those shortcuts to the mobile version like the skills shortcuts is the small icons (I recommend pictures of the skill) and there's the dash+m icon somewhere. Don't forget about your charge button and energy release button. Even if you don't make the changes, I still think this is a great game.

It’s a good game To play been playing for years idk why server 4 was removed Nd all but overall good game most players stop playing cause its not fun how it was y’all should add things to the game like we should pay 500k-1m to change our name and If we hit this lvl we get this much money and stuff if you complete this or what every u get tickets make the game so people would wanna play still yanno oh and also like for og players we should get a reward like players who played about 1-2-3 years get something og or some and add challenges to the game so we have something to do grinding get boring after an hour or 2 pls and thank you :D

Stat points
Love the game been playing since it was released on armorgames, wanted to play on my phone and really enjoyed it. The problem was that when leveling up your stats the + signs are very small and sometimes dont register, and when they do, they often level up the wrong stat. I was on my warrior and tried to put points into strength but instead I somehow managed to put all three into range. It was very annoying because it was a new account and early stat points matter quite a bit. Can you please make the character page a bit bigger so the plus icons can be?

Needs A LOT of improvement
I tried the “free tickets” option but sometimes it doesn’t work but if you email the creator he will help you he is friendly. Also when I log in it says error also the controls keep glitching I recommend getting the game but start on the computer because when you create a character it crashes also I bought the chicken suit and It is very fun but when I bought the chainsaw i need to be level seventy and the fishing net broke when I used for the first time and Sometimes chat opens and I can’t get out of it finally this person hacked me and banned both my accounts but the creator won’t ban him

Awesome game
Ive played this for the last 3-4 years it was amazing until flash shut down, the only problem I have is making a new account, it just freezes after you make your character, it crashes every time I've tried also. I have no idea if this is a problem for steam players as I only have mobile now.

I used to play this game a lot and I remembered it so I redownloaded it and when I try to create a character the exit button and the create buttons are gone and it’s just stuck like that.

Listen, this game was made really well, a unique art style and lots of customizing your character. But I want one last update that has security changes, (such as 2fa) and new weapons, armor, and pets.... kinda like what terraria did, but helmet heroes.

Problems with the game
The game is way too pay to win, the game does a dumb bug tat doesn’t load your character and you’re forced to wait hours to let you in and once your allowed in, it does it again If those two things were fixed then it would be a easy 5-star
