one of the best games i’ve played.
recently, i set out to find some calming and easy games i can use to de-stress and pass time. originally, i found the first loop game and i loved that i could even play it on my watch. (although my fat fingers made it very hard to play on watch) i found this one and i think i like it 10x more! the hex design makes it unique but also pretty. the simple, flat design makes it a lot easier to focus on the puzzle.
the complaints about the ads are understandable, but i think it varies person to person because i don’t get many and i play this game for long periods of time in one sitting. even still, this is a FREE app that (according to the app) is supported by only 2 developers. how do you expect them to make enough money to keep the game afloat while still making profit?
in conclusion, i love this game and i’ll be playing it for a very long time. it’s calming, simplistic, and just overall beautiful. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a calming game you can forget how long you’ve been playing.

A Review for my Neurospicy fam
I originally found this app on a website that listed apps for neurodivergent (ADS and ADHD specific) people. It was said to be calming to the mind but kept your attention. This website was SO RIGHT.
Some of the biggest reasons why I love this game:
- The game can be started and stopped at anytime
- No timers or sense of urgency
- It can be played while doing other activities like watching tv, research/studying, eating, listening to an audiobook, etc
- It can be hard but mostly isn’t for those who can solve puzzles easily
- There are enough color contrasts to make it was to play with the screen brightness turned all the way down…but not enough to make it hard on the eyes
- SO MANY LEVELS that I’ll be playing this game for a very long time
I don’t know if the intention of the creators was to appeal to the neurodivergent crowd, but I have to thank them for making this game. It has helped me immensely when I feel anxiety or panic coming on. And it’s a delight to help calm my brain before bed.
10/10 would recommend. And don’t forget to toss the devs a little money to remove the ads. It’s worth it, I promise.

Excellent way to take a mental break
This is a neat little game that helps users take a mental break when they need one, and very well done with a nice, clean UI. I can think of a couple improvements, however, that would earn this app a fifth star from me. 1. Currently the app uses light colors while solving and switches to dark upon completion - I’d like to have the option to switch this, as I think the dark is more visually appealing. Long-term, I’d prefer the dark mode for both pre and post solve, with some other visual effect displayed after solving. 2. When making a purchase to get rid of ads, the app isn’t forthcoming about what users get with the various purchase levels besides just no ads. 3. While the app has an annoying habit of crashing on occasion when opening it, I’ve since discovered that if you have airplane mode turned on while playing, this fixes the issue.

Such an adorable game
It’s very entertaining. It’s the perfect amount of challenge, while also being extremely fun! The music is also really relaxing and calming. The ads aren’t bad at all, so it’s nice to know that the devs aren’t too money hungry. It also has an occasional pop up where it asks you to donate money for the devs to get various consumables (coffee, ice cream, sushi, etc) to help support them. I think it’s so adorable. Also the colors in the levels are so nicely put together. Very aesthetic:) To the two devs who make this, you’re doing a great job please keep it up!

Love the animations but the ad positioning
Like I said in the other review for loop (original).
How the ads show up are good. Right when you finish a level and you tap the screen to go to the next level. When there's an ad, it plays and then done. Then it brings you back to the same level and THEN you can tap and see the animation to the next level, but for this game the ad skips the animation so when you return to the level it's on the next level and you don't get to see the nice, simple, relaxing animation to the next level.
To me if the devs could put the same ad positioning from loop (original) (where the ad spit doesn't interpreted the animation to the next level) into this game it'd be better.

Great game
This game is awesome! I don’t play many phone games, but I really enjoy how relaxing this one is. It’s nice that you can just do a puzzle without being scored or timed too. Really neat idea.
One suggestion I would make (and I hope this gets fixed) is that the ads at the bottom of the screen make it really hard to see the puzzles because the pieces become too small, especially on the harder ones. If there’s any way to set the game so that the puzzle is still larger even with the ads that would be great. Thank you!!

Nice
I don't play these kind of games for a living like some people but if im bored one day and i don't have any games to play, this is the kind of game i want. Its not a no brainer like alot of those popular games and its not too immersive where i have to put all my energy just to complete a level. It just strikes that balance. I would recommend downloading it because for a game this simple, the fact that it hasn’t been made until now is kind of funny, so props to the two developers for making something unique.

Amazing F2P puzzles
This puzzle game is very simple but very fun. There’s no invasive ads that get in the way of enjoying a free game. The puzzles are engaging, some require a lot of though, while others you just breeze through. There’s no real “hurdles” that stop you dead in your tracks and stops your progression. There’s no scoring or anything so it’s just personal achievement which is a nice change of pace to other puzzle games. The sensation of finding the pattern and everything finally clicking together is truly enjoyable.

Game’s Mesmerizing
I don’t play a lot of mobile games outside of scrabble and merge games, but this one caught my attention. The game runs pretty smooth, and I love the little designs the puzzles create once you finish a level. I downloaded it a few days ago and popped it open while going to pick up pizzas. Didn’t realize I had flown through nearly three dozen levels by the time I’d gotten to Pizza Hut. It’s about a five minute trip, but, man, this game had me. Good game. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I will update this review to a 5 star one if you get rid of that annoying hint button, it should be in the menu, not dangling there. It is infuriating. Get rid of it. I liked the game infinitely more before you added that stupid dangling lightbulb, at least add an option to move it to the menu, please. For someone with OCD, having this thing constantly flashing there, is absolutely beyond infuriating. The LEAST you could do is make it stop flashing if I am CLEARLY not having trouble completing the puzzle. This addition in a kick to the face for no reason. You gain NOTHING from having it flash there. For the love of god, FIX IT.
