Such promise
I love the simple design, gameplay, and concept. I wish I could end my review there, but there is a major, glaring problem: the primary mechanism used to make the game more difficult is RNG rebalancing. In harder levels and challenges, the AI consistently does higher damage than friendly units, across many games and attempts. That’s pretty disheartening, and kinda ruins the vibe. If this issue is addressed, the game would be perfect.
Challenging Free Classic Hex Based Strategy
Downloaded this app and was pleasantly surprised on its design. The game is challenging and enjoyable and looks like developer applied his time on the AI rather than fancy graphics.
