Nice app and tool for your pet and peace of mind
Pretty easy to use with a nice design but could use a couple of app improvements that keep me from rating it 5 stars. First is breed selection-a massive list but does not include miniatures of the breeds so you have to directly enter. Secondly, when entering dates such as vaccination record or birth dates, the scroll buttons are too close together to get reliable up/down movement. Other than those picky items, it is great!

As someone who takes care of my pet seriously this is a must use app
I love this app. What attracted me the most to this app is making a cute little profile for my baby, Sammi! I love how it shows medical information, contact information and even a gallery so I have another place to store my pet’s photos so I don’t have to clutter by phone and I’ll be using them a ton!!! The scanning feature works surprisingly well! Getting real time updates of where my tag has been is truly game changing and the number one reason why every pet owner should get this app!
Lastly, the tag themselves feel pretty premium as with the material. Durable and long lasting. Bark Badge is the best!!

Impressive!
I love the design of this tag as well as the ease of use. Most people that would tap or scan the tag have a smart phone and because of the last few years QR codes have become normal, this is easy. I love that I can choose what a random person will see and I can protect my info and my dogs info. The immediate notification of a scan or tap is amazing. Thank you Bark Badge for this option for a tag for my best friend. We love it!

Top product for any pet owner
We got our Hey Buddy for our pup and what a smooth platform and easy to use! I find it so comforting knowing we can list our dog’s information on her profile and have a profile for ourselves as well. There are so many platforms that are tough to navigate, this is certainly NOT one of them.
Highly recommend for any pet parent wanting to keep tabs on their pet and have all their vital information privy to their profile.
Super stylish too! Getting them for my friends pets as gifts surely.

Super easy to use! Love that I am able to put more information than the normal name tag with a phone number! Able to put vets information, health concerns! Any medications pets may be on! Also able to add more than just my phone number but grandma and grandpas too! Microchip information everything you would want to add can be added. Love that when my pets is is scanned I am alerted! Great peace of mind!

Love these!
These bark badge ID tags are brilliant! The tags are scannable from all cell phones and hold so much more information than the standard engraved tag. Info such as pets name, address, phone number, microchip number, photo, age, bio, location of last scan and so much more. We are so happy that there is this technology available for our furbabies. Definitely puts our minds at ease knowing Zola and Wilson have these tags on.

We love Paxtons ID tag
We love that each tag can be personalized but what we REALLY love is how quick and easy the set up was. It’s nice having the reassurance that if he ever went missing that all the information they would need to contact us is accessible by a quick scan.

Poor GPS performance
I tried the tag with my dog and the GPS scan location showed up over 250 miles away from where I scanned the tag. The location services on my phone were working perfectly, but the scan location showed up across the state. Tried working with customer service but they said the tag was working fine and then completely ignored repeated requests to return the tag even though I was still inside their return window. Good concept, poor execution, atrocious customer service. Try a competitor’s product if you want a tag like this.

Not as advertised
I ordered two tags. They came with different numbers. This caused the app to show I had two dogs. I tested one of the tags by having someone scan the tag. It asked them if they wanted to share their location, and then once they said yes, it shared all of my information and the dog’s info. I was never notified that the tag was scanned! The concept is good… however, the execution of the product is quite poor. I spent money on these two tags to find out it doesn’t work as advertised. Disappointed and a waste of money!

Not so sure
At first I thought it was awesome and love all the info you can add to the website. Then we tried scanning it today to see what it showed. We were happy about that at first, then it showed that it was canned 5 minutes ago in Omaha Nebraska which is several hours away. If I wasn’t right here with him and his hey buddy tag I would be a flipping wreck. I’m now not so sure about this thing actually working.
