Profile pictures
So the profile pictures are not showing up... and the frame pictures.. it’s probably cause I’m playing on an iPhone, may you please change it? I would be so happy, and I spent so much money on this game and i really want my stuff back... if I go back to my purchases and add up the bones then I had about 5670.... I know it’s a lot but I started this game since it came out and I really want my old account back atleast... so please consider bringing everything back or getting us our stuff back.. thank you, hopefully you would read this...

iOS issue
Hello! You might remember me, may not. My computer has been dying recently and I can’t find a charger and quarantine is making me wait(this is a touch screen so the computer can also fold into a tablet) and I had hi kitties and hi puppies on there. I’ve tried playing it on my phone(iOS) but not everything is the game. If there’s any chance, could you possibly let iOS users be able to play Hi Kitties and Hi Puppies again? I’ve been really struggling a lot with this. But I really love them. Also! Maybe next event you could introduce a calico? Those are beautiful! :) The upcoming events and profile pictures never load and it makes me sad because I also end up missing out a lot

Frames & Profile pictures
Both of these things I mention have bugs please fix them for iphone users the framed are white even if you change them they're still white! The same thing goes for the profile picture everytime you refresh it turns white , fix this annoying bug please! These are what brought the game alive plus you owe us you took all of our money away it'll be nice to have all my old stuff back.. You kinda just deleted the old hi puppy and didn't care if we get our money back or not so please fix this smh or i'll just stop spending money on this game in genral 😒 smh.

Fix Bugs for IPhone
I can’t see the frames or profile pictures anymore. It would be amazing if you could work on it or if you already are to make sure it is working before submitted. It was what brought life to the game and it is really sad to not be able to see them :(

What the heck
I’ve been playing this game since it came back, and today I went back to try and play it, but it wasn’t there... I spent 5 HOURS trying to find it again then realizing the name has changed, I opened it back up and all my progress was gone! I tried to get through the Chinese version putting together which words meant yes or no or this or that and it took me FOREVER... I looked through the settings trying to find the English version but it WASN’T THERE! I hope in the next update it will bring back ENGLISH so we ALL can be happy with this game.. the quicker, the better.

Some Problems
I have played this game since 2015, and it is pretty fun. But a few things. 1, I can’t buy bones, like it charges me for them, but doesn’t give me them. 2, for some reason I can’t change my dogs name. Like I have a family, so the oldest dog, her name is Gingerbread, but I want it to be rose, since the twins names are Daisy and Mae, and the boys name is James. I really want to get a 5th edition to the family! Hope to see future updates!

Memories, and a dead game.
I can never ever forget the amount of furry roleplay people on this game. Everyday, when I was younger, i would dedicate everything towards this dumb dog game. It wasn’t even seen as such - more or less another roleplay community. Sure there was lots of people who took the game seriously (if you could call it that) but mostly just that. Might go through a whole deep dive on this game. It’s dead now - as far as I know - I mean - the game hasn’t had a proper update in 3 years.

Hi Puppies2 hasn’t been in the AppStore for some years now, but it still worked. I played it again recently because I started to miss my dogs and all my information was deleted!!😡 My house plate can’t even be found! All my hard work and beautiful dogs are gone now! Including everyone else’s. Why did everything get deleted?! It’s a dead app anyway so there was no reason for the restart.
Concerning THIS game, the original, it works fine enough but I still lost all my info and the dogs look ugly. I never liked this game and I’d never play it again.

Hello! So first of all, I wanna say ty very much for keeping this game on the App Store. I have a lotta memories from when I played this game years ago , it must be hard keeping it on the App Store but I appreciate it a lot! I re downloaded the game again recently, and the only glitch I have is that I cannot see anyone’s profile picture or the pictures in the frames in the home. I hope u can help me, again ty 💛💛💛

Poor customer support
Have been emailing them since the restart and they have been ignoring the email for years, extremely inconsiderate after robbing us.
The game also is literally never updated on iPhones if you’re going to have it on the App Store then it needs the same updates as androids this is ridiculous, you can’t steal hundreds of our money and not give it back AND THEN stop updating it for people that have iPhones.
