Hiker: Heropack Creed Hack 1.0.2 + Redeem Codes

I’ve been playing this game for a few weeks now, and I’ve had a ton of fun. The gameplay is simplistic, strategic, and very engaging. I love how no two games are ever the same, and each game is a new challenge. This being said, I do unfortunately have a few issues with the game. I’ve been unable to upgrade to level 10 since I’ve been playing. Once I upgrade to level 9, the button to purchase the upgrade for level 10 never appears and won’t let me get it. I’ve also not been able to unlock any other game modes besides Hard 1. Possibly due to the glitch I mentioned where I can’t upgrade anymore, I’ve also not been able to get any further than level 15 in a Standard mode game due to enemies always becoming too powerful and me not being able to get any stronger gear or upgrade my stats. So between the level upgrade and games modes being locked out for me, I’ve not been able to play any more of the game. If this one glitch could be fixed I think I’d have no issues with this game at all. Though having a story of some kind, even just a single paragraph would be nice

While playing through the game, it has a very simple concept that I like and its a very fun game. However when going at a point in the game, there are glitched that may not be intentional or im just missing something obvious in the game that was said. Anywho, for the talent system, i have passed floor 10 and doesnt let me unlock more of the perks, and im just now stuck at level 10. There should be a indication for this, but there isnt. Also i even beat Hard I(going to endless( however it doesnt let me progress to another stage.

This game honestly had a lot of potential, seeing as the last update was 5 months ago. Not sure if the devs are planning to go back to this game, if they do that would be much appreciated

Its a clone of backpack hero on steam. Admittedly this is easier and free (with ads) but its still a clone. If there were certain aspects too it that made it different gameplay wise than it gets a 5. (And i will be happy to update this review if that happens)

(Spam heal wand/mana and armor with 1 good weapon) and grats your beating most the modes within 4-5 tries if rng is bad)

Ideas for additional gameplay aspects?
• obvi more chars that each do something interesting and can be grinded out or bought
•can spend in game currency or get drops to change beginning load out every start
•enemy that steals an item but gives it back at end of round
•some bosses could halve your energy but have less overall health
•surprise encounters
• wand summonable/droppable or purchasable pet to help fight/heal/status effect
•give bows a reason to be used by giving them a quiver to collect 3 arrows (ranger character hmmmm?)
• once every stage get a pick a door that could lead to a trap, item, hidded room or an encounter
•maybe some clever dialogue that can pop on screen (taunt,joke,tip,reference)

A few ideas that could be helpful and hopefully my criticism is valid to you. Thanks for reading:)

This game is a super fun inventory management roguelike with elements from slay the spire and similar games in its combat system. I really loved playing through the game and progressing however there is currently a major issue holding it back and that is the fact that none of the game modes other than the default game mode currently work. Attempting to play hard mode or the survivor mode just puts you in the regular default mode and as a result you are unable to progress past level 9 talents or unlock harder difficulties. This bug appears to have been reported months ago. I really hope the developers see this and are able to fix it so that I can continue enjoying the game.

The core mechanics (inventory, map, etc.) work and feel quite good. The obnoxious amount of adds, extremely overpowered weapons, lack of story, and repetitiveness of the gameplay really hold this game back. I really enjoyed the game for maybe a few days, but after that it just got very boring. I really enjoyed the basics of the game, and hope to see more story and possible progression added in.

there are a few grammatical errors in the game, that could easily be corrected, that make some of it hard to understand

It’s a good game with fun mechanics and battle system but the amount of time you’ll spend watching ads is equal the the amount you’ll be actually playing. Overall I like the game play it just needs more story, a few grammatical changes to understand the mechanics better, and far less ads. I understand free games need ads to make money, but at this point it’s nearly unplayable because of the constant interruptions from them. With a $10 pay wall to remove the non-voluntary ads and a reward system to let you skip voluntary ones it seems like the game is really held back by the need for cash flow. But what of it I get to play between the ads is a fairly decent game

The game is fun and enjoyable, the menus and some things are a little bit buggy, I haven’t been able to attempt hard mode because after beating the standard mode and selecting hard mode in the difficulty settings it never actually starts hard mode. The talents are also fairly buggy where it won’t let me exceed a certain limit without first deleting the game, redownloading, and then restoring purchases, occasionally it works, but I’ve had to do that 3 times already.
If the bugs get fixed the gameplay is at least a 4 star, maybe even a 5, but the issues are making me question the money spent for removing the adds.

I’ve completed Hard Mode II probably about 4-5 times within the past 24 hours and it still won’t unlock III? I’m so upset 😭 please someone tell me when this bug will be fixed!

Edit: I had to undownload the game because I was so frustrated with nothing unlocking, that I decided to just start over. With my new save file, I have finished Standard mode 3 times now, and I just finished Hard Mode 1 - and still nothing is unlocking! Months of work wasted and for what reason? Please do not download this game if you’re not ready to lose almost half a year’s worth of data in the blink of an eye because nothing unlocks and your game progress freezes. I’m genuinely so upset 😭

Overall it is very fun. There are lots of things that you have to watch ads to get, but they aren’t really necessary. I only have two problems. 1) things on the screen overlap. Sometimes if there is an item where you have to sort your pack to get, it will cover the damage from one of the enemies and I have no clue how I should defend. 2) whenever I get to over 100 gems the talent tree stops letting me buy stuff even tho it is like 30 gems.

I really wanted to like this game but the ads make it completely unplayable. I should not have to take a turn the BAM ad. Then there is the option for $9.99 less ads. Not no ads less, meaning there will still be there. And then you have the nerve to make this game a rogue-like with ads? I spend more time watching those than playing your game and it’s not that great of a game to warrant a $9.99 price tag!!! I wish you devs would stop this ad crap in your games. The more you create a good experience for the player the more willing they will support you and your project!!! Uninstalled!!!
