The project idea is perfect
I really encourage you to continue but just telling what I suffered so you can correct
1- though I have the fastest net available the streaming always disconnect and while I watching it stops ( this is too bad when you are watching with the family and keep telling them that this is better that Disney or Netflix)

Thank you so much for adding Ramadan Calendar and prayers times , It was a pleasant surprise at least for me.
I have no issues with the app at all, I think some reviews have problems not caused by Hilal app.
Keep doing what you are doing and please add more series and new videos as soon as you can.

Most of the time I cannot watch the video especially on iPad….
They say you can download the video but in fact you can not. Nothing happened when pressing download….
There is no support icon inside the app which means you can not talk to any one should you need help….

Disappointed!!
This is the first bad review I’ve ever written in my life! Firstly, I was disappointed because I couldn’t see all the shows that the app had before it made me subscribe. Secondly, not even a minute later I realized that the app didn’t have any new dramas. The app is in English but there wasn’t any English subtitles and wasn’t translated in English as well! I want to get my money back!!

I’m unable to download through wifi. Either I have to download through internet data 5G or only streaming. Every time I contact the support team they don’t do anything.
The support team never solved the issue. They requested a video to explain. I sent the video but still weeks now with out solving the issue.

Unfortunately, the application does not support Apple Store stores outside of Apple devices such as Fiar Stick TV, as the application in the Apple Store for Fiar Stick TV does not exist and the application cannot appear in it, so I hope to save it in the next development

Downloading videos may not complete.
After download complete you may find nothing at downloaded tab. But it is in your device taking space but not shown.

This is the worst app I ever used in my life, it is so bad you cannot start the episode from where you left if and if you skip some scenes you will not watch the episode at all, bad app and bad entertainment. Finally fix you app or we will unsubscribe
