Server problems
I guess this company is still around? I bought a himirror mini in 2019, and the hiskin device in 2023. I ended up packing the mirror away back in 2020 due to having a house built. Fast forward, I buy the hiskin device and it will sync to the app, and the mirror, but that’s all it does.
It seems the company is constantly having server issues, so I shouldn’t have expect anything more from the app.
I wanted to love the device, but I can’t even use it.
Forget about the customer service aspect - “Christina” is the gate keeper for the company, and despite her lack of ability to find solutions, she will not elevate the problem to someone who can. All in all, it’s like this company was founded by a great person who then handed it off to a petulant child who doesn’t know how to run the company.
It seems the company is constantly having server issues, so I shouldn’t have expect anything more from the app.
