SO MUCH BETTER AND HARDER
I didn’t know that the second one came out until I checked updates and saw all stars 23 update log said ALLSTARS 24 OUT I was shocked so I immediately downloaded it and I love the new fighting the deking the spinning and the harder gameplay and the new UI is so good. 10 x better than first one download this if you like hockey and you can’t get nhl 24 or if you want both. But to conclude definitely get this game!

Disappointing…
The gameplay feels very similar to previous games, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but they added a few features that quickly get annoying.
1) The option to fight pops up much too often (it was happening 70%+ of my stoppages). When this happens you have to wait for a timer to go away if you don’t want to fight. No way to skip this.
2) Energy in game is very limited and if you want to watch an ad to regain energy to play a game, well then you have to watch THREE separate ads to actually get enough to play a single game. I understand the dev wants to make money and have no problems with the occasional ad, but this is a bit much at this point.
3) No improvements at all to the AI or penalty calling. You’ll randomly have all your teammates end up way up ice and give up a 2-0 with no real way to stop this from happening. Can’t change players effectively on defense without pressing the hit button, which just pulls them out of position often and is useless if you are behind an opponent.
—-The issue with hitting while behind an opponent relates directly to the issue of penalties. Much of the time if you are behind your opponent (even if you aren’t against the boards) you will get a 5 minute major for boarding.
So long read made short- the game feels like a hastily updated version of 23 with the goal of serving as a cash grab rather than an attempt at a high quality hockey game that we are lacking on mobile.

Energy
Address the wait time for the energy to refill and you'll have a great game. Love the fight feature! Clubs looks cool. I'd like the logos to be a little cheaper. But overall a massive improvement from the old version of the game.

Good game
It’s a good game and I play it a lot but the reason I can’t give it five stars is because the use of needing energy to play the game it’s a good game when I can play it but as soon as I run out of energy I have to wait like 30 minutes to play one more game before I have to wait another 30 minutes I think that the energy system should be removed because it takes away from how good I think this game is.

Game is alright
Another game desperate to take your money. It has a dumb card system like clash royale where you wait hours to open a pack you earned already. You can play a 1 minute long game which is ridiculously easy then you have to wait an hour to play another. Not sure why you cant control your players on defense... Another repetitive and boring hockey game. I guess its hard to say its boring since you can only play 5 minutes at a time. Unless you want to buy "energy" to play a match.

Greatly improved but lots of room for more
The upgrades this game has received are insanely impressive and it’s easily 10 times or more fun than it used to be. Every new feature added is good. The gameplay could still be a a lot smoother and more realistic. And energy to play franchise games needs to go ASAP. I don’t mind that for online games but you shouldn’t need energy to play in franchise

Interesting
The game doesn’t seem to play as well as the last, but that could just be cause I am not used to it. I love that they made overtime a normal period for playoff mode. Hated that it was 3 on 3 in the last game. I dislike the fact that there’s no charge for speed button like the last game because I am so used to it

Disappointing 😞
I played the old version of hockey all stars every day for months, and I loved it! You didn’t need energy to do anything except for online battles. In the new game, you you need energy for EVERYTHING, and it ruins the game. Plus, body checks don’t work, and fights happen for no reason. I ended up just going back to the old one, this game is so bad.

I for the fights I wish for like maybe some blood or like they move when they fight instead of just standing there. I love the game but it’s the graphics I wish for more realistic stuff please fix thank you.
