Easy Deposits, Slow Withdrawals, Some Technical Issues

Most online/app casinos that I use have issued a Play+ account and card. While they state withdrawal review and approval can take up to 72hr. I’ve experienced available funds mostly in less than 12hrs. Unfortunately, my experience with Hollywood has taken mostly all of 48-72hr. I assume this is do to less staff than the other casino.

Of the technical issues, I’ve had a difficult time contacting support and delayed response time. The chat option hasn’t worked on my iPhone platform. Also, when I emailed support, it was slow and actually hasn’t solved the issue despite being email that it was resolved. It’s been too frustrating to attempt contacting them since, so I have a few games that I haven’t been able to play for probably a month, including the popular progressive jackpot game “Divine Fortune”. Hope this helps ;)

One of the BEST online casino sites out!!!

I am an AVID online gambler- I have accounts on every legal gaming site in PA, so I am extremely familiar with each site/app & their practices. That being said, Hollywood Casino has come a LONG way in a relatively short period of time. Their sign on bonus isn’t the greatest but it’s definitely better than some other casino apps that have NONE! (*cough* *PaRx CaSiNo* *cough*) And their loyalty affiliates (mychoice rewards) are the best I’ve experienced as well- they give you an extra $10 casino comp just to download the mychoice rewards app & link your account!

...Not only do I have zero complaints since opening my account with them, but I have actually (especially as of late!) grown to love the Hollywood Casino app. It’s in my top 3 at the moment for online casino sites! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 bc I haven’t personally had any experiences yet with customer service so I couldn’t give an honest opinion on that subject one way or another. Otherwise I would most definitely recommend signing up with them!

Great success and terrible defeats

I really enjoy this app... they offer 1x play through on most there free play or bonuses. You can’t find that anywhere. I have won a tremendous amount of money during Covid stay at home, and I’ve lost a ton. I read other reviews and feel the frustration with shutdowns and reboots... make sure you have great reception... the app works better. I also have had varying success using apple iPhone or iPad products over a non apple laptop. The clocking seems to slow down after playing awhile, so your input and responses slow as well... my winnings drop drastically if this happens. I use to be able to play on my laptop, but that went away!? I can play on my mobile devices just fine and the app works better in a high WiFi area (close to business’s or surrounding multiple providers).. I will say I have won way more with the app then inside any casino.

Criminal! Massive Cheating

Not a doubt in my mind that this casino is cheating. Repeatedly and constantly closes the game your playing when a winning spin materializes. Infuriating! I can’t believe this is a licensed casino. I have lost so many what should have been wins due to being suddenly booted out of the game to the lobby with a message “the game is currently unavailable”. Just one example of hundreds- the gold coins start to fill up the screen in the game fortune coin, and poof, the game disappears and I’m back in the lobby with what should have been a win, gone and stolen.
Folks I have played at almost all the online casinos. PA Rivers, Draft Kings, Unibet etc etc. Never have I seen anything so blatant and obvious as this.
I have sent their player support numerous emails to complain about lost wins over the last 3 weeks. Crickets, zero response except for an automated reply.
Hollywood Online Casino now shreds serious doubt in my mind to the legitimacy of all the online casinos. If Hollywood can so blatantly be stealing wins and stealing money, surely the others can too. The only thing is, it is ridiculously obvious at Hollywood. This is truly criminal. People should be in jail for this.

The Ups n Downs

I have been playing Hollywood Casino for almost 2 years online, n visited the actual casino more then I can remember lol. The downs are that the games do glitch out during certain free spins or bonuses won. I had this happen several times, but also I have had those games reset n my winnings returned expect the unknown possibility of what could of been won. The ups is i treat this as another job, I have 2 times a day to withdrawal my money and I’m a smart gambler lol. I invest n make sure my withdrawal is double my investment even if it takes me 3 hours to achieve this goal I have my ways. Wish I could withdrawal more then twice a day, other then that make sure your location settings are on n your WiFi is good n your games shouldn’t close out or reset

Not sure why people don’t like this app....
I won over $600 on bonus spins alone, this has a lot of the same games as Pa casino, which I also play and I like them both. I received a $50 bonus credit and don’t forget to take advantage of their price match deposit after your second deposit. There was times where it glitches out or says this game isn’t available in the middle of play but it wasn’t anything to make a big deal over.

This Definitely helped me make money quick and it was real easy to deposit my winnings into my account , not sure why people are saying it’s a pain, I didn’t have any problems and it never asked me for multiple identification in order to withdraw.

Could be better

It’s a good app but honestly it could feature more. Like adding in a personal promotional area maybe call it the players “red carpet room” it could include all of the players promotional options and even add in random rewards, points for logging in and playing at least $10-25 you know eye catching deals and rewards.
Adding in just this one feature alone would be helpful this way we can all feel special and it’s so much easier to get promotional stuff from the app as opposed to having to check just emails. I’d love to provide more ideas heck I’ll work for the company virtually and continually provide more awesome features and experiences for the young, old and restless. Thanks

Worst Casino App

I am an avid online gambler. I decided to try this app out because of the 100% deposit bonus for your first two deposits. They don’t clearly explain before hand that you need to play through ten times your deposit before even getting your match. This is not even close to their competitor apps that give you the bonus right away. I deposited $100 and didn’t find out until after that I needed to play $1000 to even get the bonus. I would’ve deposited much less had this been clearly explained from the beginning. Also, the win ration must be set much lower on this app. I’ve played all these slots on other apps and won much more. I blew through my $100 with no bonus games and not even any substantial wins. I spun the one slot close to 100 times with no bonuses. Don’t waste your time. The app crashes all the time as well.

Horrible customer service

Gaming online at Hollywood Casino is easy and fun. However when it comes to winning and actually accessing your winnings you have to verify your information like 1,000 times. Even if you already won before they make you jump through so many hoops. Also you have to chase down your promotions. I have seen promotions for games they don’t even have available to play and when questioned they just ignore it. Trying to live chat, if they don’t want to deal with your questions they just end the chat and blame it on connection, even though you have been gaming for an hour with no connection issues. DraftKings and FanDuel are still the only two online gambling sites that have fun gaming and great customer services.

Great Online Casino

Hollywood Casino Online has come a long way since I first started with them. My only complaint I had was when I first started it took awhile to get withdrawals approved. That is not the case anymore as they are much faster payouts. They are in my top 3 of online gaming sites and I have one at pretty much every site available in PA. When I have needed customer service they have been right on top of my issue and fixed it quickly. Thank you for make this last year of not being able to go to physical casino at times more enjoyable!
