You can bet horses if you want with a Hollywood Races account, but an update on IPhones render watching the races on video useless.

Worst app in horse racing
As a VIP player with Hollywood races I must express my total disappointment with the new app.. obviously was created by someone who does not play horses. Takes you forever to make a bet ,is not user-friendly does not respond with balances quickly ..many times gives the wrong balance.. very difficult to read .I could go on and on I actually thought it was a joke! For real!The previous format was MUCH better and HAD actually referred many people to the Hollywood races phone /computer app. ANd to the Casino as well. It s with great reservation did I could ever refer a horse player to this app.
Unless of course I want to make several enemies. I am trusting that Hollywood races will address this sooner than later ..they’re going to lose quality players.. it just doesn’t seem fair

Useless app and staff
Well, your password will suddenly stop working for no reason. The verification codes they send you don’t work. Their staff can’t wait to put you off or ignore you. When I tried to close out the app and get my balance back (despite at least 30 attempts to get another password, they advised I had to go into their account link and do withdrawal quite a trick since I couldn’t get into the app. I still don’t have the money I won. Foreign staffers. God awful.

Buyer Beware
This is the only app in Maine we can use to bet on harness racing. Their deposit process is archaic and after 6 days the money I put in has long cleared my bank account and is still being held by them and not anything I can use to play. If I was HR I would be embarrassed by this app. And, on top of it all, I can’t even request my money be returned to me without trying to call them as I haven’t completed their requirements for ACH deposits. Do better.

Horrible service
In the last month, I have experienced multiple long delays with my deposits. In the last year I will say in excess of a dozen times! No exaggeration! Customer service is always apologetic but they haven’t made any changes to improve on this issue. All they offer is excuses. Time to move on!

Is this app part of Penn National or?
Because this is the worst horse betting app I have ever tried to use. I say tried, because I have had so many issues, that I have yet actually been able to bet on a horse race.
Every other betting app has you betting in minutes. Much better apps out there.

Unable to sign up. I live in Maine and having problems. Telling me to re-enter or contact support. Why? Great app, great company
HWR is very convenient and easy to use when it comes to horse wagering. Offer live stream of the race and also lot of wagering bonus on weekly basis.

I this app is junk I hate it I live in Maine this is the only app that will let you bet bit of course the dumb app won’t validate my address it also looks like some one from high school made this app

This App is horrible
While it covers the basics to wager there is no comparison to something like the TwinSpires app. I’d suggest using their developers and come up with a quality app.
