Minor improvements on user engagement.

Improvements added where agencies wont be able to see clinician documents. Also, minor adjustments and improvement fixes were made.

-Loyalty Program feature is added. Basically it would show Certified Badges, Reward Points & Work Level for Clinician and Agency based on their visits completion and Training persuation.
-The date of registration has been added for Clinician as well as for Agency listing (Placed just below the Address of Clinician and Agency).
-Visit Calendar will have initials of Discipline along with the status of the visit (with color code) so that Agency would come to know the assigned or unassigned visits (e.g. PT (Assigned)).

-Added with new categories dropdown for admin/super admin in clinician listing that shows Registered, Active, Inactive, and Disabled values.
-Agency will have a Visit Calender as menu in menu bar to see all the Visit scheduled as per categories. That can be seen per patient.
-Check-in and Check-out signatures will be formatted properly and will cover up patient info.
-As an agency will get an alert to review the clinician after the successful payment completion.
-On visit Creation Page, text is shorten to 'Clinician Search remains in Progress. You will be notified when a clinician accepts the visit'.

1. Multiple Visit can be created by Agency, Agency can create a new visit when current visit's clinician search is in progress. Current visit's clinician search will continue in Background.
2. When Clinician enteres Rates at Signup as well as at profile section, there will be clear bifurcation of processing fee and net pay for clinician, at down side of input field.
3. For Clinician Signup, "term and conditions" link will be added (if clicked then will be viewable) at the bottom of the "Clinician Contract" on Step no. 5 with checkbox for each. And consolidated there would be one signature for both to be provided.
4. On Visit Creation Page, there wont be text for Do Not Refresh or Exit the Page text. There would be more specific text to represent the functionality. And there would be count of Alerts appear always even when the notification stack is opened, it would decrease only if the notification is read, it would increase if notification pops up.
5. Text that was saying "You have assigned with a visit request" is modified such that it will have "been" word after "have".
6.Modified the bottom text of login page to "For Questions, Contact Administrator at [email protected]".
7. Clinician training selection wont wiped away when hitting the back button if user come back up from "Pay" button.

2. Issues related to calculation of Payment Amount is fixed. All the scenarios are covered along with Proposed Rate, No Proposed Rate and Incentives.

12. All the places where amount is getting enter should allow the decimal places.

-Inside Agency Payment listing page, Sum of Agency Expenditure will get display instead of Agency Processing Fee.
-When Clinician enters their rates while signup or in my profile, there will be detailed bifurcation of amount that they will actually receive.
-Hep B, will say "Click Here to upload OR complete declination form". & Skills Checklist should say "Click Here to Complete Checklist".
-In Skill Checklist PDF, there is a validation that letters entered are either E, G, F, or P. And also it will default "E"s in each row.
-When any clinician uploads document, Super Admin and Admin will get consolidated two mails per day at 9am and 1pm CST time.
-There will be 30 min reminder popup for clinician if they try to check-out prior 30 min.
-Notification wont contain word Doctor, it will have "Clinician" word instead.

1- New Visit Statuses will be as, Not-Found, Requested, Not-Assigned, Assigned, In-Progress, Note Submitted, Note Rejected, Note Approved, Service Provided, Service Completed, Cancelled, Rescheduled.
2- Check IN and Check OUT signature will have patient address and signature location.
3- If clinical note is saved partially it wont go for approval to agency.
4- Agency need to sign Contract while signup.
5- Clinician can see option of both Complete Clinical Note as well as Confirm EMR Submission as the same time while Note Submission.
6- After a clinician accepted the referral and was assigned by the agency it will be redirected to Visit Listing Screen and wont continue to timer on visit creation page.

1. At Visit Listing page, there will be button to redirect to documents tab of visits.

- Clinician speciality initials will be appearing in the names of Clinician in Clinician listing page.
- Clinician should see only those clinical documents to upload as clinical notes which the clinician's discipline belongs to.
- Clinician will be able to Save their partial clinical note to fill in for next time.
