Great game overall 😁
I really enjoy this game because unlike most farm type games it’s very easy to progress and the wait times are short for the most part. I also like the fact that if you want to buy money to speed up the wait times the prices are very reasonable, not just for money but other resources you need in the game as well. I get bored with phone games very easy and this one has a lot to do so I never get bored. There is very rarely a time when I get “stuck” waiting and have to get off, but even when I do like I said the wait times are generally short. I definitely would recommend this game to anyone who enjoys farming type games, and there’s really nothing wrong or anything I would like to see change. Great game overall, it definitely deserves its almost 5 star rating. 😁

Pretty good game-keeps you busy
I’ve enjoyed this game so far and have not run into tons of down time when I couldn’t find anything to do in there. It’s not always completely clear right away what to do with a particular item but if you’re patient the answer seems to eventually show up. The only thing I haven’t figured out is why I can’t ever help anyone on my friends list. They are all strangers but each time I go to their farm the boat is all full closed crates and the wagons are either gone or closed. I can’t see any other way to help friends out so I’m pretty confused there. Otherwise great game. I haven’t had much problem with it. Thanks!
UPDATE: The friend help problem seems better but approximately 80 “dollars” disappeared a few days ago from my account. Luckily I didn’t spend any real money and now definitely won’t! I’ve wondered if inventory on other things wasn’t correct either but I can’t prove it. Kinda disappointed since I do enjoy the game.

I have played many of these farming games but this one is by far the best. I have not dropped any money on if so far and I’m currently at level 19! There is a bit of a storage hassle but, if you manage your inventory wisely, it’s bearable and you don’t have to drop your game cash on parts to upgrade the barn. The graphics are crisp and game play is fun. My only complaint is the wait time for the train, riverboat, stagecoaches and the port ships to return with your needed bits. Even with this irritation, it’s minor and doesn’t really hinder you as there’s many activities to do. For once a game that does not turn into a money pit is most refreshing to find. You really only spend money if you aren’t willing to wait and that’s on the player. I thank you for a fantastic game!

Ridiculous after about level 20
I WAS enjoying this game but I’m now on level 20 and can’t do ANYTHING without having to spend real money to get things built. You can’t get enough of the items in the game to build anything and you can’t continue in the game if you don’t build! I don’t mind blowing $3-5 here and there but I did spend $30 a couple days ago and that money is already gone and I still can’t get anywhere now without having to spend more! You purchase a school or whatever with coins in the game for it to take 24 hours until it’s ready and then you can’t finish it bc it still needs hinges, nails and other stuff! I have two buildings waiting bc I don’t have enough stuff to finish it and if I don’t spend real money to finish it there’s no telling how long it will take. You can’t get more people in the town if you don’t have enough buildings! It’s absolutely ridiculous! I’m so mad right now!! 🤬

Where to start
I have been playing this game for a couple of weeks now. I do enjoy the game but it has some flaws. One flaw is no help from the developers and no way of contacting them while in game ( not that I have found anyways). Two: their FB page doesn’t really have any help either. I’ve seen some complaints on the page that I, myself have been having issues with. Like when helping friends, it doesn’t give you the bonus of helping although it takes your items. Three: the game does not update from one device to another i.e. from iPad to iPhone. So now my much further progress is on my iPhone which means I no longer play it on my iPad because I’m not waiting on all those items again, just not worth it. If the developers would fix these issues I would have given it 5 stars easily.

Pathetic
Absolutely zero customer support. I bought a court building, but the game glitched that building to a 2nd cinema which in return, I wasn’t given the amount of citizens that comes with the court. My daughter who also plays and started playing 2 days after me was able to start a rodeo event in which is not offered to me. I have invited her as a friend and she has invited me, but there is no way to accept that friend request in the game. I have emailed their so-called customer support and have not gotten any reply except that that email address does not exist. Uninstalling game as we speak. There are much better games with much better customer support.

Has potential
This game has a lot of potential. If they fix the issues with the game it would be 5 stars. There are plenty of things to do in the game that helps you develop your Ranch and everything focuses on you growing your Ranch unlike other “farming” games that have moved away from farming. I like the variety of activities in the game.
There are 3 issues that I noticed about the game.
1. You can’t connect it to Facebook to save your game. It keeps saying that the developers are aware of the problem, but I have yet to c them fix it. I have been playing for a month now, and it’s been down the whole time I’ve been playing with that message. There was 1 update since I started playing and I thought that was the fix, but it was not. It’s still down.
2. I have not been getting credited to spin the wheel in the saloon when I help my neighbors. So it’s a waste of my goods and crops to help others. I like to help to get the badges so I can spin the wheel in the saloon. But I’m not getting any badges. That needs to be fixed.
3. When I go to visit a friend who needs help, the caravan or steamboat is completely blank even though the “!” Is there in the icon. I would have to reboot the app and go visit a second time before I can c what needs to be filled.
Other than those 3 things I love this game.

This is a good game so far but has a big problem with ads. They have figured out a way to incorporate their ads in with game play. Frankly, I don’t mind watching them but it is almost like they are trying to force you to download the games that are highlighted in the ads. I’ve watched quite a few since I joined this game yesterday and I had to close the game out and reload it to get out of the ad. I have spent a little money up to now but won’t anymore until the ad business is fixed because the game is a litter slow loading and I don’t like having to get out of it to shake an ad.

Lots of bugs
The joy that I find in playing this game is slowly diminishing due to all of the bugs that need to be fixed. Some of them are on-going for weeks (or longer) now. When helping friends/neighbors you’re supposed to receive coins, experience and roulette tokens, but they’re never received. When watching ad videos in the cinema and market, probably 30% of the time, I receive nothing. Also, the competition has bugs. Just now I just completed a task, but it’s not giving me credit so therefore I can’t choose another task. This is not the first time it’s happened either. I’ve sent multiple messages to “support” about these problems (being sure to include my player ID number), but so far no response.
