Excuse Me Guys,
Outstanding...
A beautiful app to use to record data of the players. If you’re looking for an app to record data and make comparisons between players then this is the app for you. Excellent way to keep track of a players stats and all the different dimensions they score per game. Also an excellent score to keep track of all player’s statistics and could even create how many dimensions the team as an accountable scores per game.

Amazing App!
I had absolutely no experience with any basketball stats/ scoring app until I saw HoopMetrics. I downloaded it because they offer a free trial period and I’m really glad I did. I figured there would be a pretty steep learning curve for something that records such in-depth statistics - nope, I was able to create team logs and start scoring games in minutes! HoopMetrics is incredibly intuitive - you will be able to handle all stat details without having to look at a big panel of buttons. Early on I had a basic question (user error really); I submitted an email and got a very prompt and friendly response that easily resolved the issue. Well done HoopMetrics!

This app didn’t work for what I was looking for. I’m trying to track individual stats but this is for whole teams only. But I give 5 stars because at 8pm this evening, I tested out the live chat feature and within seconds, my question was answered by Luke. I wish the app worked for me but if you’re using this app, seems like you’re in good hands! I did check the app out and it looks solid and user friendly. The interface is clean I didn’t experience any technical glitches!

I use the app for both the youth and high school teams that I coach. Our kids love to see the stats after the games to see how they did. This really helps us motivate the players to hustle and do the little things. As a coach I can take an objective look at how our team or individual players are performing. I like that it tracks almost any stat I can think of. Very helpful

My son and I downloaded the program at a tournament for fun to keep track of some stats and see how it works. It works great. Ever since that, it has become a part of our game day routine. We love to look at it after the fact and go through the stats. Very easy to work with.

Don’t waste your money
App looks promising but never ends up being worth the money. Too many issues. And now all of a sudden, I log in with my personal email and it takes me to some other random persons profile. All of my games have disappeared and been replaced with another team/coach. The “how to cancel” page ironically never loads up. The live chat option conveniently isn’t working. I’ve had to put a dispute in with my bank to make sure my subscription is cancelled. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone going forward.

I used just about every basketball stats tracking app that’s out there and this one is the very best - very impressed!
The ability to not only toggle by individual player, but multiple players and especially the ability to toggle on and off lineups we used was unbelievably impressive. It’s the only app I’ve seen that will rank lineups played by certain metrics and propose the best lineup to play for a particular situation/metric!
Customer Support is off the charts in terms of bug reporting and listening to user input as to future enhancements. You won’t find a better basketball stats app!

Life Saver!
I coach a small girls basketball team in rural Newport, MI! I use this app every chance I get! Games, Tournaments, etc. I have had many parents reach out to me for their child’s stats and this app makes it so easy to provide that information. Long time user, and will continue to do so.

Promising features, but not transparent about cost until you’re deep in the belly
Seems to offer a lot of what I was looking, but major turn off is that the pricing isn’t shared until after you go through the work to set up your team.
3 games free.. so that’s worthy of a star
But $18/month seems crazy high... so that’s where it ends for me.
I’m open to a reasonable one time pricing model... but honestly $20 one time for lifetime use seems like the max I’d be willing to pay.

Don’t sign up for their service
I don’t have an issue with the app, but I’ve been trying to cancel for the 5 months since the basketball season ended and they’re still charging me. They don’t respond to email and the phone number doesn’t work. Some months I’ve even been charged twice and have reported them to my credit card company for a refund since nothing else is working. Horrible customer service!
